Reopening in October 2012. As the main venue for guest and community dining at the Inn, The Restaurant is a comfortable, intimate setting for memorable meals from morning to night. In the summer, choose a table on the stone patio with its splendid views; in winter, gather your party around a table near the wood-burning fireplace. In all seasons, you can expect the best of fresh, local ingredients to grace our menu—farm-to-table food at its peak of flavorful goodness. Our menu offers a modern interpretation of New England coastal cuisine and utilizes traditional native foraging, local produce, and the ethical use of the sea to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
"I think the Weekapaug Inn is trying too hard to be fancy for dinner and prefer it for lunch or for bar dining. It is turning into a mini-Ocean House and they would be better offer differentiating themselves with sophisticated casual food instead."

"We shared a special dinner with another couple and the very competent waitress picked up on the celebration of two birthdays. We were surprised when our deserts included a birthday message written in chocolate! The restaurant is gorgeous and the view was worth a million dollars. The menu choices are few, but everyone found something to be excited about. The food was creative, delicious, and wonderfully presented. My only complaint is that the portions were small for the money and seemingly sacrificed for the art of the presentation. Not one of us is a big eater and I did not feel full when we left. With the most inexpensive bottle of white wine on the menu, the check, with tip, was nearly $300."

"We had a wonderful experience, appreciated meeting the General Manager of the Inn, as well as the tour of the gorgeous guest rooms by Grace, who was delightful.
All the staff we encountered were both friendly and anticipative, clearly well trained in providing personalized service."

"From the moment we arrived until we walked out the door we were treated like royalty. The food was superb and the environment perfect for an early spring "summer tease" dinner. Great location."

"We were celebrating our Anniversary, and the Inn helped make the evening perfect. We were seated at a table with an exceptional view of the pond, greeted by name and wished a Happy Anniversary! Our meals were outstanding and service excellent."

"Food was good but not great for the price. It did not arrive as hot as it should have and one dish (pan roasted cod) was overly salty. Service was also just ok, our server forgot a glass of wine ordered with dinner and never asked if we liked our food. I was expecting much more from such a beautiful and high priced place."

"This was our first trip back to The Weekapaug Inn since its several years-long closure and transformation. EVERYTHING in the Inn has been tastefully updated with modern amenities and sophisticated taste without losing its century-old charm. We had both dinner there and, because we were staying at the Inn, breakfast the next morning and both meals far exceeded our expectations. My wife had one of the specials, a monkfish and I had half portion of the most delicate gnocchi with a lamb confit...everything locally sourced. We split a scallop appetizer and strudel desert. Breakfast was similarly excellent with orange juice squeezed only after you order it! The staff was wonderful and both meals were perfect in every way."

"We have spent the last 6 years summering in Weekapaug and always hear about the wonderful times spent at the Weekapaug Inn as well as the fantastic service and food. So, we have been anticipating the re-opening of the Inn for quite some time and the Inn lived up to all of our expectations. The service and ambience was fantastic and the food was equally impressive. I would like to see a little larger selection in the future but I am certain adjustments will be made in season. Looking forward towards our next time there."

"Spectacular!! Classic elegance of the 1940's meets the modern day world. How fortunate for us to be able to get a real feel for how the Inn looked and felt in its original hey days yet still benefit from all of today's modern conveniences. The food was absolutely delicious. The service left nothing to be desired and the view from every seat in the dining area was breathtaking. We opted for the $44/per person brunch and was not disappointed. The flavor and the portions were over the top! Best Sunday Brunch I've had in years! Absolutely worth the drive from wherever you are!! Bravo to the Weekapaug Inn!!"

"We enjoyed a late winter evening at the Weekapaug Inn. The space was well filled between special occasions, Inn guests and locals ... so it felt lively but not too crowded. In season the ambiance would probably be different. The service was high level fine dining ... while the staff was dressed in comfortable khaki with blue shirts. The decorating was spare - clearly the space was created to show off the view. Everyone was solicitous and focused on the guest experience.
We enjoyed our meals ... the dinner salad was excellent, the ricotta gnocchi was unique and delicious. The short rib appetizer was a small portion - especially compared to other starters. The beef was done perfectly. Our group preferred the pheasant to the quail."

"We selected the Weekapaug Inn for a special Valentine's Day dinner. Our table, one of three in a small room off the main dining room, had wonderful views of the wetlands and sand dunes. I am convinced we were given that table because we had reseved through Open Table. The pri fixe menu was wonderful with a wide range of selections and wine pairings. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Beautiful floral arrangements throughut the dining room gave it a very special ambiance. We were delighted to be entertained throughout dinner by a harpist playing classic love songs from the '30s and '40s though the '70s. As guests left the Weekapaug Inn, each lady was given a red rose. Can't wait to return."

"We went to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful experience. Excellent service. Amazing food. Wonderful atmosphere. If you go on a cold winters night ask for a table near the fireplace. I highly recommend this restaurant."
