Opening on June 1st 2012, we have embraced all that has made us one of Leslieville"s favourite restaurants and brought it to Davisville. We serve nothing but authentic Italian food with an emphasis on quality, and are proud of the rustic and delicious meals we send out, from our house made pastas, desserts, and cured meats, to our amazing pizzas. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and really, really good food.
"My boyfriend and I have never been regulars anywhere but we can't help but come back to Lil' Baci every week. The food is incredible, the staff are awesome, I can't say enough good things. Last weekend I took my family there for the first time and they were blown away."

"We came for an impromptu dinner on a Tuesday. It wasn't very busy but I'm sure it picks up Thurs-Sat.We ordered grilled shrimp with fried bread. It was a feature but I'd skip it next time. The pastas were very good and we agreed we would come back for the pasta but our dessert (upside down tart) was nothing to write home about. Our server was new and didn't know much about the menu and a neighbouring table seemed irritated by this.I thought he was sweet and will I'm sure learn his way around the restaurant. It's a cute place but certainly no Terroni and a bit overpriced for what you get."

"I'm mixed on whether or not I'd recommend L'il Baci to others. The food was incredible (both mine and my friend's), but holy cow was the service atrocious. It's hard to remember the last time I experienced something like that. The music was blasting in our ears, and even though several tables complained, we were told that the speakers were uneven - so we in the back had to listen to really loud music if the people t the front were to hear it at all. We were constantly having to find and flag down our server. Everyone seemed like it was their first day on the job. Our server couldn't answer any questions about the menu, brought our food to the wrong table, and asked me to reuse my mimosa glass, as he couldn't find where the clean ones were"

"We had an awesome meal at Lil' Baci on Yonge. Our waiter Nick was incredible and really made the night memorable for our large group. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced for the portions we received. We will definitely go back."

"This place is by far my favorite neighborhood restaurant. My girlfriend and I have probably eaten everything on the brunch/lunch menu at least once. We came in for dinner around the holidays and I had the best lamb shank of my life. This is a kitchen to admire. As far as the service staff goes, I can't say enough good things. My girlfriend and I have gotten to know them all very well and they are a huge part why we come in at least once a week; Nick, Keenen, Simone, and Steve and the rest of the team. Thank you. You guys rock.In short, this is a restaurant for people who love fantastic food in a relaxed, comfortable environment run by people who are quickly making themselves a vital part of our midtown community."

"Such a shame on this visit. We have had good experiences here previously and so decided to take guests. The meal was not good. Beet salad although generous in portion had no flavour. Steaks were ordered by 2 diners, medium rare. They both arrived well done. It took a bit to get the servers attention even though it was a Wednesday night and only half the restaurant was full. Pasta and chicken were good but not outstanding. Wine list really needs work here - we have always felt that the food was worth the lack of good wine choices but this experience told us otherwise. Not sure if we will return as it was such a let down."

"I had heard a lot about L'il Baci and decided to go for lunch the other day. My friend and I ordered the pickled octopus salad as an appetizer. The portion size was perfect and it was delicious. Next we ordered a soup and salad combo. The soup was delicious and both the beet and green bean and mushroom salads were very nice. We decided to order pizza and were frankly a bit disappointed....the pizza was a bit soggy and the house sausage was not in chunks as I hoped but rather looked like ground meat. I found it interesting that a bread basket never made it to the table. When we were ready to leave, it was impossible to get our waiters attention and we felt compelled to leave cash so as not to have to wait for the visa machine."
