"Restaurant très intime. Nous avons mangé au bar. Ce qui nous permet de "z'yeuter" les chefs en pleine action et de jaser avec eux. Cuisine rafinée et agréable autant pour les yeux que pour les papilles. Le foie gras à l'érable sur tarte tatin est tout simplement MALADE!"

"Le Bistro Bienville était l'un de nos restaurant favori avant le changement de garde. Nous avions hâte d'y retourner pour voir si la magie opérait toujours. Quelle déception...En entrée, le ris de veau était presque cru et les cuisses de grenouilles semblaient sorties du sac de congélation et passées quelques secondes au micro-onde. La bavette de boeuf était tiède et les grosses frittes qui l'accompaqgnait inintéressantes. Par contre, le lapin était excellent. Une mention honorable pour le service."

"Our experience was great. We were celebrating a special occasion and the staff was wonderfull and went to great lengths to make it so.The food was inventive fresh and absolutely delicious. Its a small restaurant but that adds to its charm, the chef is working away in plain view and the staff were warm approachable and very attentive. Price was pretty reasonable i would definetly go back and have already recomended it to friends."

"The service was very good. My main course could have been a little bigger and it was more warm than hot, but still very good. The «pousse l'ananas» is awsome, a must. My coffee (an «allongé») tasted like water."
