Nestled alongside Cheyenne Lake, the elegant Lake Terrace Dining Room offers a traditional breakfast menu Monday through Saturday (walk-in basis only), and also hosts our elaborate Sunday Brunch. Featuring over 100 enticing items, elaborate ice sculptures and live piano music, The Broadmoor's Sunday Brunch offers the type of unforgettable culinary experience you would expect from our award-winning Colorado Springs resort. Reservations are highly recommended.
"The food wasn't quite as special as I expected. Not worth $50 a person and $17 for a 4 year old girl who eats like a bird and $5 for parking. A lot of what you pay for is just the name of the resort you are going to. The chocolate deserts were really amazing though!"

"This was our first time at the Broadmoor. First, we were just amazed at the architecture and decor, then we were delighted with the choices of delicious food. The service at our table was wonderful, our meal was fantastic, ambience was perfect. We were in our own little world. Thank you so much for what you offer."

"Service, hands down made this experience gain the exceptional rating. I think we had three servers topping water off, clearing the table, and asking how we were doing. The food was subpar for the cost of the brunch. The strip was cooked the way I would normally order it but was tough. Definitely not a melt in your mouth, cut with a fork steak. Ham was overly cooked as there was a dry crust building up and the pork loin was extremely dry. pasteries and deserts were excellent. I think all of the food that was under the heating lights tasted as if they had been under the warming lamps for a day! The great ombiance at Broadmoor. If you want to spend 120 bucks on a fantastic meal, I would suggest going to an ala carte lunch."

"My longtime boyfriend and I took his mother, grandmother, and my mom to Sunday Brunch. All of the ladies absolutely loved the decadence of the room and the amazing selection of food. The only downside was we had a large round table that could have set 8. Our group of 5 seemed small for the spot and it was difficult to hold a conversation with us being spread out so much and especially with elderly hearing issues. Otherwise was wonderful!"

"The food was outstanding, and the room itself is lovely. We had a table with an outside view, however, we were in a corner, and I think the servers forgot us a little bit."

"Not up Broadmoor standards. Made a reservation for 6 people and upped it to 9, 3 weeks prior to the date. When we arrived the table was set for 6, eventhough I had gotten a call and email reminder for a reservation for 9 people. They quickly fixed the table but only set it for 8. While we got our food (buffet brunch), they moved us to a new table, more comfortable for 9 people. One of our servers took our drink order and still forgot one of the drinks. At the end of our meal we got our bill with an 18% gratuity already on it. That was a bit steep for a buffet, lousy service and a mixed up reservation. If you are going to put on a gratuity that steep you better be sure its impecible service! Not happy"

"The food at the Lake Terrace brunch at the Broadmoor is always wonderful, the service terrific. However, the cost is prohibitive. It is a brunch, most of which is self-service. The price of $45 per person is truly outrageous. Just the two of us, including tip, spent over $100 for breakfast. I can honestly say that, while we very much enjoyed the time there, we will probably seek out less costly, more reasonable options for special occasions."

"This restaurant at the Broadmoor is fantastic. Everything, from the live piano music playing in the background to the friendly servers and the scenic view of the lake - is just lovely. The food is delicious, and each entree, appetizer and dessert have been made beautifully."

"Lots of choices but sadly food was only B level. I expected A level given the price of $45 per person PLUS tax and tip. It was our once and only time there."

"Sunday Brunch at the Broadmoor Hotel was spectacular. The food was fresh and very tasty. The brunch contained an assortment of breakfast and lunch entrees. Omlets, waffles, pancakes, bacon, fresh fruits, fish, mash potatoes, ham, sirloin, and an assortment of desserts. The Broadmoor Hotel has the best brunch in Colorado. It is a bit pricey but it is well worth it. I also really enjoyed the piano softly playing in the background."

"Without a doubt this was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable dining experiences I have had. They even took great care to be sure that the birthday we were celebrating was acknowledged multiple times. The service was balanced nicely; we were never bothered, but they always seemed to be there right when we needed our coffee refreshed or a plate taken away. The brunch buffet was exquisite with such a wide variety that even the pickiest of eaters would be happy there. I was especially blown away by the ripe, fresh fruit which is so hard to find in winter. This is a true treat for a special occasion and well-worth the money for the experience. Make sure you have lots of time to leisurely eat, people watch and enjoy the music."

"The ambience was very nice (linen napkins + table cloth as well as live classical piano) and the quantity of the food selection was impressive. Where the Broadmoor fell short was the price and the quality of the food. The food was fair, however for the price I paid, I was expecting a much higher quality. I think the allure of the Broadmoor brunch is simply overrated and it's "so good" because it's at the Broadmoor not because it's a quality meal. I would not eat here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone, unless you want to be disappointed and walk away wondering why you paid so much for such an average meal."
