The new All-American Bar & Grille features "Rio Dry Aged," our delicious in-house steaks famous for their taste and sizzle.
From crisp salads, delicious sandwiches, fresh seafood and "Rio Dry Aged" Angus steaks, even the heartiest appetite will be satisfied at the new All-American Bar & Grille. All of our steaks, burgers and fresh seafood are prepared on our open mesquite wood grill.
We feature a contemporary atmosphere with fireplaces surrounded by two waterfalls in the dining room. We also feature a sports bar with over 10 plasma TVs where we serve appetizers, afternoon margaritas and our famous Angus beef hamburgers.
Our chefs work hard to put that extra touch on every item served. Our mouth-watering in-house dry aged steaks, "Rio Dry Aged," are not to be missed!

"We had a large party for Mother's Day and they accommodated us. The food was good, especially the bbq wings and I had the pot pie, which was delicious. All in all a good experience."

"Booked a reservation because we wanted to get a bite to eat before a show at 7:00 pm and did not want anything heavy. Food was good, portions good, but we had to keep looking for our waiter and at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday night the place was not crowded and this should not be a problem. The only negative is that you have to order a certain level of food ( steaks or seafood) to get rolls or bread on the table??? Otherwise it is an extra $3.99???? Will not be returning to this place."

"We had a client lunch meeting as part of a conference we were attending at the Rio. Luckily, they sat us at the back of the restaurant where it was quieter and we could talk. There was a lot of whooping and hollering from the bar area up front; I guess that's to be expected in a casino setting.
Two of us got the chicken club sandwhich, which was fantastic - lots of flavor. Our client ordered the BLT. The service was pretty good, but we did have to wait quite awhile to get napkins and silverware. Two of us had soup also. The total bill with tip was $87, which is high considering that only one of us ordered an alcoholic drink and none of us ordered desserts."

"Overall, the experience was very good. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, we were seated quickly. WE told our server we were headed to a show, so he was quick and efficient. My food was excellent, my friend's steak was a little overdone. But overall everything was great."

"We got there a little after 5 and were seated immediately by a very nice lady. Place looked nice and the seats were comfortable. It was convenient and reasonably priced, but we won't be eating there again. The food was mediocre at best. The huge buffet is much better, although it's more expensive."

"Food was excellent. The salmon was better than many upscale places I have been. The smokey atmosphere of the casino doesn't get me there often, but I would go back if I have a reason to be at The Rio. They service was prompt, since we requested that we had a limited time before a show and we made it!"
