"I enjoyed our meal at Henry's Tavern on Mother's Day. There menu is filled with fun "Bar" food like ginormous onion rings, big soft pretzels, and other fried options. Some healthy options as well, but you need to search! I had the spicy Ahi tuna salad, and it was very good. Other meals at the table were the Club sandwich, Chicken sandwich, and orange chicken, all of which were described as average.
Our server was fantastic: He knew his menu, gave suggestions, and was very attentive.
I will definitely try Henry's again now that I have a feeling for the menu."

"This location provides a really good happy hour (Monday - Friday 3 pm - 7 pm and 9 pm - 11 pm(only Monday to Thursday)). The staff was friendly, the food good (stay away from the chicken tenders. They were smaller than the 99cents tenders at Wendy's), and the drinks great! I would definitely recommend it to others. I went with a friend on Wednesday and I'm bringing another friend back on Friday!"

"First time at Henry's Tavern and probably my last. Made a reservation but there was no hostess when we arrived so we just seated ourselves. When a waitress arrived I asked to be checked in so that I could receive OpenTable credit. She had no idea what I was talking about, neither did the hostess, my date (who is also in the food service industry finally explained).
Whew. Made it through that.
Drinks weren't bad. The Lavender Cosmo is actually a Aviation cocktail - I love a classic!! Unfortunately no one working there knew what I was referring to.
The bar area has a "DJ" at night. Which is fine if the music weren't SO LOUD that I literally had to yell my conversation with my date. Very odd. And not at all enjoyable."

"My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and we were pleased! The manager (Jeffrey)and the waiter (Mark) was engaged and friendly and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend Henry's to everyone for any occasion."

"My only negative comment regarding our experience with the restaurant was that I booked reservations on the website through open table and Henry's did not have our reservation. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated and then they wanted to seat 5 people at a 4 person table. We said that would be too crowded, we were there for a birthday and wanted it to be enjoyable. We had to wait a little longer for 2 tables to be combined for us. We pointed and asked for a certain table and they said those are reserved, we were trying to explain we did have reservations! Other than that, our server was great and the food was delicious, highly recommend the cornbread!"

"I stopped in during a business trip to Plano and took advantage of sitting outside. The service was very good and the food excellent. If you like veggie burgers, this one was spectacular. There was a slight mishap with my salad and I was overly impressed that the owner came by to apologzie and went above and beyond to make it right. I would definitely go back on my own or with a group from work. Ownership like this it to be highly commended. I wish them much success and fortune. Nice casual place with great food."

"We had been here before with a large group and had sampled some of the appetizers and happy hour drinks. The group had a great time and there were plenty of comfy seats for our group of about 20. The uniform taps are really cool and the servers are good. We tried the cornbread which was moist and sweet. Dear had the chicken street tacos which had a lot of 'stuff' on them to be street tacos in our opinion. I had the Mac and cheese but added grilled chicken on top. Somehow the grilled chicken addition ran us about 8 dollars extra which we weren't pleased about. The Mac n cheese itself was good but definitely could've been hotter. We tried a black salt marg that wasn't special and a couple of the other happy hour beverages."

"Great-grandpa showed up to visit all of his offspring in Texas, so we needed a fun place to feed a wide variety of ages and appetites. Henry's Taven did a great job of serving our 4-generation party of 9, youngest member 5 years old. All of the food was great (steak to salmon to chicken to pizza), and the server did an especially good job of getting our hungry kids fed first. We had a memorable time!"

"They have an extensive menu for food choices. There are comfort food and a little extraordinary choices. The service is great and friendly! They have several areas to eat, and a bar and a lounge. "Henry's has a plethora of beers on draft for afficionados. The menu offers something for everyone - with scrumptious salads and salacious street tacos. I tend to drink my desert and recommend Rogue's Chocolate Stout to anyone who'll listen. The peanut butter bacon dipping sauce for the bavarian pretzel was excellent. "There's a lot to like about Henry's and I'll most likely return, but this trip was for a happy hour that I scheduled and I doubt I'll host any more happy hours there. First, I reserved a table only to find out that happy hour specials are only valid in the bar. As a result we ditched our table & stood in the packed bar. Unfortunately that's when we realized that the happy hour drink specials are awful - only discounts on the 3 generic light beers when the appeal of Henry's is the wonderful variety of craft beers. Also, happy hour only lasts until 6 and ours generally don't begin until 5:30. It's too bad b/c the location is great & you can't beat the beer variety. Unfortunately there's not much to be happy about during their HH's"
