A cool NYC East Village vibe designed by HGTV’s Antonio Ballatore carves a niche for Rattlecan as bringing a new dimension of cuisine and creativity to the Las Vegas Strip. A culinary and artistic collaboration that features unbeatable burgers and exciting art installations by the country’s top street artists, Rattlecan is open daily at 11 a.m.-11p.m. with expanded services to the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino sports book and poker room.

"Chef Sammy D,s newest restaurant in the Venetian Resort and Casino. Very eclectic decor. Our server Brooke was excellent. Made us feel welcome even though we were not one of the "younger crowd". The house specialty is their burgers using custom Angus beef and a wide variety of toppings. They also serve turkey and garden burgers. The menu states the burgers are "Griddled Pink and Juicy". Unfortunately that was not the case with my "Rattlecan" special burger which arrived overdone. Another specialty of the house is their variety of housemade pickles and house cut fries with a variety of dips to choose from to accompany your meal."

"Had an 8pm reservation for 7 people. We were the final reservation of the night. Place was quiet and the service was good but the food was marginal at best. The burgers were not very flavorful and the fries looked like whatever was left over. Made them cook new fries which were good but otherwise I would not recommend."
