South Florida’s go-to French bistro has set a new concept, George’s Kitchen, in Miami’s Midtown neighborhood on January 2013. Owner George-Eric Farge, known as Miami’s godfather of French cuisine, is combining the success of his trendy South Miami Parisian café with upscale contemporary French cooking and a nightlife component in the Magic City’s up-and-coming area. In partnership with David Dallard and former Miami Dolphin Craig Erickson, Farge and his culinary team transport classic French dishes to the trendy neighborhood in a relaxed, yet luxurious setting.
"Excellent food excellent service! I adore the complimentary glass of bubbly and the service. We had halibut, and a rib eye, both amazing!!! I will be coming back!"

"I was very disappointed. This is the secind time that I visit George's. On my first visit, My husband and I sat at the bar. The female bartender made us a horrible mojito. They redid the mojito and it was just as bad. We decided to give the restaurant a second chance being that we visit South Miami often. This time, we went for dinner. The waiter did not speak English well and had no experience with wines. We ordered two cocktails and once again, the drinks were horrible. This is South Florida and with so many bars and restaurants in the area, how can they possibly afford to male horrible drinks. We ordered Calamari. The sauce was good but way too much breading. The fries were good but not worth a return visit."
