"Had a wonderful time on Saturday night at the Rose Tree. Enjoyed seeing Paige again and had a delightful discussion with the chef! The menu had some new offerings and I tried the Duet - filet of beef and lobster tail. It was delicious! My husband had the Red Snapper special with crab and tropical salsa, which he immediately fell in love with! The hostess setaed us promptly and make sure our drink order was taken and that we were happy. Paige was working a large party and the hostess helped us when she knew Paige was tied up with her group. We weren't in a hurry adn really enjoyed a nice evening with excellent food and drink."

"We will not go there again. The food was not good and the service was worse. It is the first time I have tipped under 20% in 20 years. This was once a good restaurant but no more."

"My wife and I had a nice quiet Sunday dinner there and there were very few other customers, so we didn't get an idea of how it is when it is busy. However, I feel that on an average day, a dining experience there would be good. The room we dined in was nice and not crowded with tables. We were near the bar and so did hear some conversation overflow into the dining area, but it wasn't too distracting. We were shown the other rooms and they were nice too, each with there own charm and function. The food was varied and tasty. Though a little more expensive than our tastes, it was worth it. We both had choices from their small plates menu, as the portion sizes were perfect for us. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating."

"Waitress served wrong dish to fellow diner and suggested another that was declined since the other three dinner partners were already served their platters. Opted for a salad instead since that wouldn't take long to prepare. Waitress redeemed herself and did deduct the dinner salad and her appetizer from the bill and gave the woman her original selection to take home. Rolls were warmed in a microwave and got harder as they cooled."

"Had Easter Brunch here with our party of 11 and it was perfect! Beautiful jazz music, fireplace roaring when we walked in and great round table. Service was very good, very attentive. Will definitely do brunch here again on a special occasion."

"Went to see a former piano teacher play jazz piano during brunch. He had a drummer and a bass player. Fantastic music but food and service were just OK."

"Food was good, except for the steamed clams which had an odd taste. Scallops were very good. Service was friendly and efficient. They were very nice about our having a 7 month old baby with us. Our waitress forgot to check us off the list, and Open Table sent us an e-mail saying we did not honor our reservation, but it got straightened out."

"This was the the first time at the Rose Tree Inn since the new management. I had a large family group and was given a lovely private room. The service was excellent, never rushed, and the food was outstanding. I am on a gluten free diet and had a very good selection on the menu. It was so refreshing to get gluten free food that tasted like gourmet food. Thank you for a wonderful evening"

"We made last minute reservations on Valentine’s Day because we could not find a restaurant near out home that could seat us we chose Rose Tree which is a little over an drive. It was well worth the trip. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. The service was good and the atmosphere complete with live piano was beautiful. We had the French Onion soup, Calamari (exceptional sauce with chili’s), Fillet, and Pan Seared Scallops. We can highly recommend everything."
