"This new little restaurant in Brampton is a gem indeed!!! Great decor with more of a west coast California feel. The risotto with shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms was fantastic. I loved everything about Bucatini's, and actually went back the next evening with different friends. No need to go to T.O. for a great evening at a trendy place, Brampton finally has one."

"They've done a great job of remodelling this restaurant to a modern, bright, contemporary look.
Service was attentive. .
Ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and it was excellent.
Extensive pasta menu but the list of meat dishes is limited. My friend was in the mood for a beef dish but the only one on the menu is the 20 oz. rib steak, which was delicious, but a lttle over-sized for the average appetite. I had the veal parmesan which was tasty but just a tad overdone. Both dishes came with a side order of mixed vegetables and potatoes which were beautifully arranged and seasoned perfectly; however, the potates had been par-cooked ahead of time and were just a little on the rubbery side. Overall an enjoyable dinner."

"My wife and I thought we would give this relatively new venue(4 months open) a try. The food and the wine list choices were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our appetizer, main and dessert. Sadly the cappucinos were not hot.
The ambience however was more suited to a bar/restaurant which you might find in Toronto. Definitely not your typical Italian restaurant found in Brampton. More than likely appeals to a young adult crowd and we hope that it makes it given it's suburban location."

"Given that we out on a Tuesday evening, we had the place to ourselves! The staff were extremely attentive and we had time to talk with one of the chefs who related their philosophy of offering fresh, unique true Italian culturally inspired cuisine. Simply put 'The food and dining experience were fantastic!'

"We were 4 ladies out for a birthday dinner and decided to try Bucatini for the first time. We were very impressed right from the start with the make over from the previous restaurant . The service was very attentive . And the food the best part. We all enjoyed our meals , including one of our group who is very picky. They made a lovely pasta with tomato sauce ( which is not on the menu ) for her and she said it was great ! We will definitely go back !"

"This was our second visit to Bucatini and once again we took friends. Food continues to be amazing, service by Brittany this time and Jay the first time, both very friendly, didn't rush us in any way, didn't hover either and we appreciate that when we go out for dinner. We are very impressed with the Chef and GM who both visited our table and added to our evening in a positive way. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys great food, service and ambiance."

"Our second visit to Bucatini proved to be as exceptional as the first. The management and staff are exceptionally courteous and knowledgable. The atmosphere, the food, and the service combined to make our groups evening out truly amazing.

"Very accommodating considering we had two children with us and moved us to a booth upon our request. The server was very attentive and appropriate in her demeanor considering the type of clientele she was serving. She came to our table an appropriate amount of times to both ensure we were satisfied, our needs were met, and areas of the table were cleared. (Even though she had other tables to serve as the evening became busy. Finally, a waitress who has been trained!) The food was very nicely cooked, I had the salmon, and I felt the portion sizes for everyone were perfect, however the other adults were used to larger portions. A much greater experience from service to food than anywhere we have been in Brampton despite a young staff!"

"we've been looking to find our self a nice, quiet ,outstanding food restaurant , where my wife and I could have a one on one romantically.
although bucatinis is not that kind of restaurant ( they have more group tables, then couples tables) we would still recommend it to friends and family .
for a business lunch , and after hour , or a group special occasions . you can't go wrong . the food is on another level, they have a good selection of wine , and they have the real canoli's , the way it suppose to be . we will go back with friends or family , but not for a eye to eye , holding hands evening .

"I went to Bucatini with my husband for a nice dinner out and we were both very pleased with the atmosphere, food, and service that this restaurant provided. The server was attentive by not intrusive and timed the food perfectly. I ordered the Pork Tenderloin for dinner and it was delicious! We had the Fritti Misti for an appetizer and the chef accidently presented the Asiago Fiamme to our table so we had both and they were very tasty. My husband found the Linguini Di Mare a bit over peppered but if he hadn't added freshly ground pepper (having not tasted it yet) I think it would have been seasoned just right. I finished off the meal with a light and refreshing lemon sorbet. My husband and I look forward to dining at Bucatini again."

Calimari was under average. Should have more bread with the mussells.
Quality of food was ok.
Wine was good.
I will recommend it for people to go and experience it themselves.

"For those who want authentic Italian flavours and cooking, Bucatini has it all. Appetizers were all tasty. We had a great range of dishes including lamb, shrimp, pizza, risotto and pasta. Everyone had a fantastic meal. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and directed us to a good wine choice. We were there with a 4 year old and the entire staff were very accommodating and ensured she got served first. Good spot for all. Highly recommended."

"The food was decent but the overall management of the restraunt was terrible. We came on Valentine's Day and we had reservations. When we arrived our table was not ready so they sat us at another table. Then we had our waitress great up and we placed our whole or except for dessert. We received our bread shortly after and then it all went downhill. The restraunt started to fill up and we noticed that people that were seated after up were now on their app. Then after we got our app we waited about an hour to receive our main course. People seated 1/2 an hour after up were already finished their main. They appologized about 5 times. People beside up sent their meals back and got new ones before ours came once. Got dessert to go."

"Been to Bucatini twice. Food was just ok. Nothing special. Menu sounded interesting, but found the food very bland. Wil most likely not go back. There are a couple of other Italian restaurants in Brampton where food is much better. Staff is attentive and really tries to please. We ordered the calamari, menu said it was lightly dusted but it was the same old battered stuff you get at a fast food restaurant. Bread they serve is hard and crunchy ..didn't like it. Entree was a mushroom pasta dish, needed garlic, salt or something. Very tasteless."
