Nestled in the heart of Old Québec near the Saint-Jean Gate, with its 4 diamonds, the Patriarche beckons with its intimate setting and the refined décor of a beautiful, circa 1827 stone house. Inside, you'll discover that good things come in threes, as executive chef Stéphane Roth shares his creativity with his celebrated "trilogies from the terroir"
"My girlfriend and I went here for dinner and were quite impressed. The food presentation is to die for! The wine list is very good and many options at all price points. I highly suggest going with the 5 courses! My girlfriend and I shared everything and probably got to eat around 20 different items over the 3+ hours. Had a reservation for just after 8 and it was a great way to spend the night!"

"This was an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The serving staff was friendly and attentive. Dining in Quebec is a lengthy evening activity, never to be rushed. Allow 2 hours for a leisurely "event". We highly recommend this restaurant."

"The warm greeting upon our arrival signaled a great dining experience. The signature "trio" presentation for an entree was wonderful as well as the same presentation for desert. The carrot soup was a wonderful starter. The wine list is suitable and well pared with the menu. We appreciated the service and perfect pace for the meal - never rushed and never too slow. The tour of the wine room after dinner was an added treat. We would definitely return to Le Patriarche if we have the opportunity to visit Quebec City again."

"Exquisite cuisine, the trilogy concept means an clear theme a larger breadth yet harmony of flavours in each course. The dishes look incredible and a lot of attention of detail. Attentive staff and charming relaxed ambiance, candlelit and very romantic dark stone walls, beautiful art and plain white tablecloths. Overall feels like classic quality with a modern twist."

"Absolutely fantastic! Amazing courses all with three types of each course i.e. lamb three ways, foie gras three ways etc. Wonderfully attentive and knowledgable staff. Will be back!"

"Unique approach with food trio concept for each course. Very nicely presented and an interesting way to try different approaches to a similar food. Enjoyed it immensely."
