Detroit Prime is a tribute to Detroit's heritage, including memories of yesteryear as well as today. Vignettes pay homage to Boblo Island, the Detroit Boat Club, Tiger Stadium, Hudson's, Motown's Hitsville USA, Vernors®, Henry the Hatter, the Belle Isle Conservatory and Stroh's, among others in Karen's dazzling design. Chef Travis' menu focuses on USDA Prime value cuts such as Skirt Steak, Culottes, Baseball Tops, Short Ribs, Hanger Steak, Tournedos and Brisket. These cuts will be paired with both creative and classic steakhouse side dishes.
