"Vinaigrette was awesome! Initially, I was nervous about the prices and not receiving enough food but I was so wrong!
The salads are very filling and not badly priced, plus you can have bread or add any protein to your salad for a small charge.(the bread was free of course) . This is a great place to take out-of-town guests or anyone looking to try something new.

"The salad I had, Chop Chop, was very good and fresh tasting.
My only complaint is that upon entering I told the hostess that I had reservations through Open Table.
The next day I received an e-mail saying I was a no-show. I had to go through the whole process of proving I was there which I find very annoying."

"I loved this restaurant. The food was high quality, the atmosphere was low key, unpretentious, very thoughtful.....It's my new fave restaurant....down to the silverware they have put a lot of thought into the detail. It has excellent wine/beer choices....but also some great inspired drinks for the tea totaler....and that is nice. Thoughtful!!! They really really put a lot of thought into every detail of the dining experience.....to the wacky kooky books in the waiting area, to the air plants at the table....no paper napkins here..just some nice non linen cotton kitchen towels.....staff was freindly and enjoyable. I can't wait to go back. FOOD ......seriously GREAT....and it made me feel great eating it....."

I have eaten here three times and loved the first two entree's - not so wild about the duck confit salad I had this week - had a gamey odor and flavor. I will definitely go to this restaurant again and will order just about anything else on the menu except the duck! The carrot cake is the best I've had other than home-made."

"Overall the food is good, but not exceptional. My companions ordered a Cobb salad and were not in any way impressed. They found it to be average and one said, "tasteless". My Beet Goes On was tasty, large and well proportioned with beets, cheese, nuts, etc. My major and signficant complaint is that for my husband and myself our bill for two salads, Cobb and the beet salad with a roasted artichoke addition and two glasses of wine, was $56! The beet salad was around 11 dollars and the addition of what was probably one artichoke heart sliced into quarters was another $5.00. I have never in my life paid over $16.00 for a salad of arugula and beets. A bit too proud of their arugula salad and yes,I should have paid closer attention to the price."

"Nice new restaurant with a hip, fun atmosphere. The salad theme is unique and it works well. Service was just right - attentive but not hovering. Try and avoid getting seated at the 3 or 4 tables that have hard wood benches. Other than than, enjoy a great meal at a fun new venue."

"Well, I tried out this place, because of all the hype that I have heard about it. It was OK. I mean it is basically overpriced gourmet salads. It was good,thought, I just don't think you could come to a place like this and get satisfied, maybe that is just me. Anyway, I took my daughter, and they have no meals catering to children. I guess that is their way of saying "no children here". Anyway, it was good, service a little slow, and I probably won't be returning, only because I am more of a "meat and potatoes" guy."

"Loved this eatery. My dining companion and I had the Nutty Pear-fessor and Solacho salads. They were both quite delicious, as was the Brussel Sprout Redux that we had as our appetizer.

"I had high expectations,but this restaurant didn't live up to them. We were asked if this was our first visit and were not informed that we would have to ASK for bread. The "note" on the menu was where you hold the menu instead of at the top. We didn't notice it until we were finished and noticed that others had bread. Our server only came by once and to order dessert. We did't see him around to ask for bread. When we finally spotted him, we were ready for dessert. I had been looking forward to this restaurant and was really disappointed. Also this review doesn't have any negatives in the above selections. How will you improve if you are not willing to get honest information???"

"Makes me want to eat more healthy food! Creative and incredibly delicious salads. Hard to believe it is good food that is good for you! Love the Brussel sprout appetizer and kale Cesar salad. Problem is on Sundays they tend to run out of popular menu items."

"The food was excellent and interesting offering a menu of healthy yet flavorful choices. Service was very good but some of the staff had a little attitude. The ambiance was pleasant and energetic, but for me, it was a little too noisy. Vinaigrette is very popular and there is a crowd even on any week night. Highly recommend reservations, otherwise you're sure to have a wait to be seated."

"Vinaigrette is a modern gem of a salad restaurant ! The food was great. My companion had the Asian salad with steak, while I had the fresh pea salad. Both were excellent. The dressings on both choices were light and flavorful, just enough to be tasty without overpowering. Service was prompt; the server was pleasant and attentive. All in all, it was exactly the experience we were hoping for!

"This experience left me feeling healthy and satisfied. The food is so well put together - I love going to a restaurant and having something I couldn't make for myself. The way the ingredients are combined is like magic and all the basic ingredients are of the highest quality. Even the olive oil for dipping was extraordinarily fresh and tasty! Well done!"

"The menu was the same as in Santa Fe and it was the same high quality. Unfortunately, it's every bit as loud with one big open room and all hard surfaces. I would not describe the noise level as "energetic" but as distracting to conversation. Our server was excellent."

"My friend and I both ordered salads with scallops added to one and shrimp to the other. They were both excellent. We also shared a lemon cheese cake for dessert - very tasty. A very good experience, I would absolutely go back. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive even though it was very busy the evening we were there."

"What a delightful find! SO fantastic to be able to select from a substantial list of HEALTHY foods!! Between me and my three dinner companions we ordered three salads and one soup (tomato mushroom). Everything was incredibly fresh, simply presented, and tasted marvelous. (Beet lovers will flip over the huge slices of beets on the beet salad.) Next visit we will all add a different meat entre to our salad selections. Thank you for making my evening with friends an evening to remember. We'll be back often."

"They were running late so we had a bit of a wait despite making reservations but hostess was very apologetic and sweet. Food was great. I ordered a Caesar salad with scallops which was delicious but only had 3 small scallops on top. You would think for the price you'd get a few more. Service was also great! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others."

"Try the Pepito drink if you love cucmbers! As a salad lover, I could easily graze at Vinaigrette on a regular basis. The menu does have a variety of options other than salads though for all of the sandwhich and meat eaters out there. Prices are inflated but meh, the place is just fun and really, fresh vegetables aren't cheap here in NM. Our waiter was great, articulate, provided excellent information on specials/menu items, and was consistent without being itrusive. This is not a salad bar type atmosphere. Looking forward to teying out the small patio this summer. I recommend reservations on busy weekend nights, or you will be standing in line in the small entry way or outside."
