When it comes to cuisine, Unique does not like to set themselves into any style. We combine the best of all of the culinary culture and creating the most flavorful and one of a kind unique cuisine.
Our Executive Chef, Andy Yang, just like the our food, has a well balanced blend of culinary experience. He has an impressive resume of 30 years learning experience with Morimoto at Nobu, along with Daniel, and John O at Spice Market.
As the Executive Chef of Unique, it is a pleasure to have created a unique dining experience for all of our guests.

"And totally quiet except for one loud couple at a corner table. You could hear the details of their conversation across the room. The food is good and the menu eclectic. I'm surprised that the restaurant doesn't have more patrons."

"My first experience at this restaurant was "unique" and not in a good way at all!! The food was delicious, the ambiance was very nice & comfortable; however, our server, Simon, although started out as extremely nice and friendly, made two extremely inappropriate and offensive remarks towards thee end of the meal which made both my date and myself extremely uncomfortable. This was a first date and made us both feel awkward. Not the type of behavior one expects when dining out; very unprofessional and it ruined the evening! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!"

"The food at Unique was delicious, although a little salty (I had the lobster tacos, beef negamaki & scallops w/ mushroom rissotto). The cocktails were amazing & the service, although a little slow was very good."

"Hello Service was perfect, the food and portions were small except for the Sushi.Your prices are exspenive and portions small . The Salmon nothing special dry and tasteless .You have a lot and better competition , Wild Ginger and Masago comes to mind.DRinks were fine,Lower your prices and some real steak entree"s will try again diuring the Summer"

"We were seated downstairs, which was quiet but the service was slow as one waitress covered the entire downstairs and had to run up and down. The food, however, was very fresh and very good."

"Swore I would never eat sushi before I found thus place. Decided to celebrate my birthday here - my third visit. Our server, Eddie, was knowledgeable and pleasant. He made our night great from start to finish. Sunday thru Thursday are great nights to enjoy Unique - leave Friday & Saturday for the amateurs....."
