il Naso is a long time favorite of the Wood River Valley. Located in the heart of Ketchum, ID il Naso provides a warm and cozy ambiance with great service and outstanding cuisine. Our menu changes seasonally with nightly specials. Our wine list is extensive and focuses on Italian varietals. il Naso is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or to simply have a great evening with friends and family.

"A lovely spot, though the choice of music (pop songs from the '80s and '90s) wasn't what I'd expect--instrumental is better--Italian, for example! Also the ravioli I had was so loaded in butter that it was hard to taste the filling, and my date's elk chop was only good but not spectacular. The combo of quince, potatoes, and meat, along with the subtle and thankfully not overpowering chocolate notes of the sauce was perfect, though. Overall, a very nice, romantic dinner."

"We came for the calamari but the Elk Chocolate sauce was the biggest hit. My husband thought it was the best sauce he has ever tasted. Outstanding!The server was helpful, attentive but not hovering and the decor is lush and romanic. A great experience!"

"IL Naso is consistently excellent. The owner is always in attendance to ensure quality food and service and to help with wine selection. Be sure to check out the bar menu if you want a lighter fare The bar is a great place to drop in for a glass of wine and a small meal. No reservations needed or accepted for that area. You can get the full dinner menu if you wish.
I've had a few experience where OpenTable's system says the restaurant is full when it isn't. Try calling them if you can't get a reservation online."

"New owners, but they seem to be keeping up with the food. We'd been there before without reservations and the place was bustling, but this was a slower time of year and it was quiet. Booths are romantic, but our server was not familiar with the food or the wine list though he said as much and that they were training him. Still, with the wine he did not seek out someone else to advise and seemed unsure of himself. Our appetizer was sublime with topping to merely a bruschetta. The elk chop had a succulence and a sauce that was perfect. The creme brule for desert was just fine, but not special.
We will go back again, as the creativity and the quality of the food and the cooking are a cut above."

"I had a dinner for 8 of my friends. We had our own area, semi-private. The kitchen got all our courses out in a timely manner and at the same time. Everyone enjoyed their meal without exception. It doesn't get much better than that."

"Very enjoyable we loved the cozy and warm feeling in the restaurant. The spinach salad was fresh and full of flavor. Most of the party had the pork belly, Brussels sprout ravioli and they all loved it. We had our folks with us and they enjoyed the quite peaceful atmosphere. We will be back."
