CBG is the perfect blend of Old West meets Totally Modern, housed in the only building in Ketchum on the National Historic Registry. Wild Game, Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten-Free items are regulars on the dinner menu, a full bar featuring crafted cocktails and an extensive Wine List that's both familiar and eclectic. Kids are always welcome and will love the Happy Hour Playdate on (most) Thursdays, from 5-7pm. CBG excels at customer service and always serves up a night to remember.
"from the minute we stepped into Cornerstone the welcome of old fashioned "Good and Plenty" made us feel right at home! we sat upstairs which is quieter than downstairs and more group oriented. Truthfully, downstairs is more bustling and if you have a large group or want a quieter atmosphere upstairs rocks!! we will return!"

"We wanted a place for Girls Night Out to sit, relax, and have a great meal...we couldn't have chosen a more perfect spot...The food, service, and total experience was fabulous... The grilled wild salmon with the lobster pernod sauce was done to perfection..organic chicken breast was moist with a hint of molasses...and the chef's special that night was a rave at our table...The menu offers a variety of choices so the Cornerstone is a great place to go whether for a romantic evening for two, a girls night out for dinner, or just sitting at the bar with friends and enjoying a cocktail and some appetizers...."

"I booked reservations for a party of ten in a week advance if arrival. The intention of the dinner was to thank clients and couleges. After ordering our dinner, we proceeded to wait nearly 2.5 hours!! This was insane!! We asked the waiter multiple times and the answer we got was "they are playing it right now". Which might make sense, because meat was dry, and other items were sub-par. It was apparent the food was forgotten, rushed, etc.
Not happy with this place and won't go back.
I I get a reply saying sorry we were busy that night, well then don't accept so many people if you can't handle it. From my perspective, the first floor looked about 3/4 full and was not the only one waiting an eternity."

"Best braised short ribs, best ciopino. Thoughtful wine list. This is a beautifully restored brick mercantile store on Ketchum's Main Sreet, with an illuminated full bar that runs the length of the place. Friendly convivial servive with lots of smiles and warmth. Go early for best parking and wander around a bit. Perfect for a pre or post movie evening with friends. One of Ketchum's most fun evenings. Private upstairs and also subterranean wine cellar rooms are fun too. M"

"More of a bar-type scene, not a great place to bring your kids? It was ok, but just seemed more like a bar atmosphere than a restaurant for the family. For the price, the food was not good. Service was great."

"A couple things brought down an otherwise good dining experience. The first was our waiter, who seemed overwhelmed. He brought me the wrong drink - a hot and spicy instead of a sweet, and being very sensitive to spicy, I was left with a burning mouth and throat. He would glance down at us as he rushed by, but never stopped to inquire how we were doing, if we needed anything, etc. Our table was against a half wall, the other side being the bar side where people stand and wait, and worse yet, prop their butts. Less than ideal. Drafty because the door is directly in front of you"

"We had a group of 11. Food OK, but overpriced compared to next door. Service was terrible. Waiter was inexperienced, slow, and unhelpful. Management was not open to gentle suggestions. We still had a fun time, but you can do better in Sun Valley."
