Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes. The menu includes the trademark Pink Taco (Panuchos) with homemade corn tortillas, beans, chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado. For something lighter, there"s the Tostada Salad − a shredded salad with chipotle vinaigrette that is a Pink Taco favorite. For a sweet finale to a spicy meal, Pink Taco offers Cinnamon Churros – dusted with cinnamon sugar and chocolate cream.
A mega-hip Mexican cantina, Pink Taco is a folk-art bedecked hotspot adorned with classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables that leave guests' feet dangling and an assortment of authentic Mexican craftwork that decorate the dining room. The atmosphere includes music that's pumped up loud with dining also out on the patio as an alternative.

"We were seated around 6 oclock for dinner and were not provided water for a half hour. My husband actually got up and got drinks on his own from the bar. We were finally greeted with a lame apology about noone being on staff for our area. (not sure why we were seated there then?)"

"While this may not the best Mexican joint I have been too I did enjoy the drinks and meal. Ceviche appetizer was very good while the Carne Asada was flavorfull the portion was on the smaller side.
I would defiantely go again as I love the feel of the place as it is located within Hard Rock Hotel and Casino."

"I moved to Vegas 5 years ago. Prior to moving here whenever I would come out to visit, I always made sure to make a stop at the Pink Taco. Their food and margaritas were awesome. Not so much anymore. The past 3 times I have gone in the food and drinks continues to go down in status. This last visit will be my last."

"This used to be one of my favorite places for mexican food because they had something different to offer. I don't know if they have a new chef or new ownership, but the menu is somewhat generic now and very limited. Our meals were cold and it took forever for our food to come out. "Fresh tortillas being made when you walk in, authentic Mexican bar/ restaurant decor and ice cold cervezas (Beer) reminisces of the months I would spend in Baja. Great fish tacos, fajitas, enchiladas and desserts. Make sure you try the churros. Prices are very reasonable and won't kill your vacation funds.
One note; as authentic as it is, unlike Mexico, you can drink the water!"

"The food and margheritas were delicious, but the service was terrible. We were seated for nearly 20 minutes before our table was approached for drinks, then waited about another 10 to 15 minutes before they were delivered. We got appetizers, which I think made our waitress forget to ring our food, because the food took well over an hour to arrive. The food and apps were delivered by runners, so we didn't see our waitress one time after the drinks were delivered. It was busy, but not crowded, so as a former server, I could see no reason for the excessive wait times. I think we just had a bad waitress, because other tables around us seemed to be getting refills and received their food promptly. Poor service aside, the food was fantastic!"

"Meal started out ok, nachos to start were ok, not much to them but my boyfriend doesn't like all the stuff you usually get on nachos so that was ok for us. Then the main course came up. I had chicken tacos, which were cold. It wasn't that they weren't hot, they were ice cold, as if they are pre-made, frozen and then served just as they have defrosted. My other half had enchiladas which were distinctly average, I think mine I make at home are better! The waiter did immediately take my tacos off of the bill, but no offer to replace my food. The restaurant has such potential to be a good fun place but seemed to lack atmosphere. I think with all that the rest of Vegas has to offer this is a forgettable restaurant."
