"Service was ok. Server never checked to see how we were after the food arrived. Saw her when we ordered and when it was time to pay. Food was ok. My wife enjoyed most of hers, they ruined the filet with some type of sauce. She scrapped most of it off but it didn't do anything for the steak. My burger was pretty good with the exception that the bottom bun was completely soggy and the top got that way have I had to turned it up side down so I could eat it without the bottom bun falling all over me. I finished it by discarding the bun and eatting it with a fork. Fries were good, but for $20 I would expect to not have to eat my burger with a fork."

"There are so many great restaurants in San Diego in this price range I simply can't recommend Robbie's. The food was not very appetizing from it's look and texture. We had a chicken satay appetizer which had badly over cooked chicken. My wife had the special, lobster ravioli. The pasta was undercooked, sticky, and mushy like it had been frozen, and the filling looked nothing like lobster. I'm guessing that sauce must have been lobster. I had grilled fish tacos which were very good, but the beans and rice that came with it were microwaved straight out of a can. Maybe I've come to expect too much for a $120 meal, but I know I can eat better elsewhere."

"My husband and I have been here many times, both for happy hour as well as for dinner. Robbie's happy hour is one of the best in North County. They offer drink and food specials and all of their food we have had has been tasty. We have never been disappointed in either the food or the service. Overall, great value and great venue."

"Really great place! Went Valentine's Day and it was really busy. They brought us complimentary appetizer since the kitchen was slammed with orders. And to top it off, they handed out flowers, making it unforgetable. Food was so good, we're going back in 2 weeks."
