In our journey we learned that wherever life may take you, there is always something that's going to bring you back home to your mother's home-made cooking. My sister and I combine authentic cuisine from the best of good old Europe, recipes that are based on centuries-old traditions and freshly made in our kitchen.
Start with home-made fresh bread, then from the Pasta capital of the Northern Italy, home-made Lasagne Verdi and Tortellini, the famous Ragu alla Bolognese, with freshly grind Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Oh and the Tiramisu, smoothest you'll ever taste in Southwest Florida.

"Daniela (I believe it was her) was there and she came to the table to answer some questions, she was pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the hype. It was bland and disappointing. The wiener schnitzel was not deep fried and the breading was soft.
The prices seemed fair but we ordered a "Hungarian deviled egg" appetizer that was on special for $3.95 and received one basic deviled egg on a plate, rather pricey for one egg.

"We started with a Romanian wine and homemade bread with creamy cucumber and dill to put on it. It was very tasty. We had beef with a very flavorful gravy with mashed potatoes. Didn't have dessert but they gave us Easter bread because the next day was their Orthodox Easter. Also they had a violin player walking around that was very nice to listen to. Will definitely go back."

"We went with a party of 8. None of us had ever been to an Hungarian restaurant so we were pretty excited.
Found the food average and the portions small.
One of the people in our party had an issue with their pasta. It was served with grated cheese on it. When we said very politely this was an issue can we have another the server said "you never told me not to put cheese on it". He did bring another but isn't the customer always right?"

"Food was ordinary. Most of the entrees combined lamb, pork, & beef. There were almost no stand alone dishes. Chicken paprikesh was bland, 2 thighs, potatoes, & spaetzle. Not bad, just not good. Nothing to say : "Aha, that was good!". There were no Eastern European deserts and the wines listed on the menu werew different from the one they had. The 'tripe' soup was excellent."

"Even with having made reservations we were shoved to the back of the dining area and chairs had to be put around the unset table while we stood by the the table waiting. The restaurant was full but only had 2 staff on duty. The service was polite but extremley slow while we had to wait for our server to attend to several other large groups and also the bar area. The food was tasty but extremely small portions, and not sufficient to fill our appetite. At no time was ice water offered or given to our table. the bread portion was cut very small and when we requested extra bread, only
1/2 portion, was given. At no time as any extra garnish offered or given...... On closing our party agreed no recommendation to any other friends"

"For a unique treat, try one of the Romanian or Hungarian dishes. Prices are extremely reasonable. We were there on Valentine's Day, and the restaurant was full The service may have been a bit disjointed but was responsive and efficient; we thought the owners might have recruited their family members to pitch in and help serve on a busy evening.
