Inca's Kitchen showcases the passion of Peru by sharing the mysteries of the legendary cuisine of the Incas of long-ago with today’s eager diners.
Managing some impressive feats such as large-scale terracing of mountainsides, the Incas were experts at cultivating land in the Andean Highlands. They were also experts at creating flavorful meals filled with exotic spices and fruits found only in Peru.
Rafael Rottiers and his partner Alfredo Ruiz have extensive backgrounds in the food and beverage industry and decided it was time to offer the tastes of their homeland.
Peruvian symbols and posters instantly transport you to the Peruvian landscape as you are entertained by a wide-screen TV showing a vibrant culture at work, rest and play while traditional music plays in the background.
"Waiters are charming and helpful. Everything we ordered was awesome and great presentation too. Cervice is a must. Traditional seafood dishes are must. Went on a Friday and there was no music. They said only on Sundays which added a great touch to the ambiance it's one of our favorites!!"

"Raphael is an amazing chef and his passion for food is reflected in his dishes. The Tamalitos verde appetizer is out of this world; So many flavors that coincide perfectly in your mouth. The seafood jumbalaya was a first for me and I would highly recommend it. The sauce is not too spicy and very flavorful. Staff is always courteous, food is always well presented."

"We had a very nice evening at Inca's. The food was Excellent (and DIfferent). The service was wonderful and it's a nice inviting atmosphere. HIGHLY recommended--if you want to get out of the "typical" restaurant rut. P. Web."

"While this is in a small strip mall well away from Naples, it offers outstanding food and very reasonable prices. Peruvian food may not be on your list of great dinning, but don't let that stop you. You'll find lots to enjoy here."

"I have been at Inca's many times and I have never been disappointed. Interesting menu of a consistent quality that reflects Peruvian cuisine & superior service. The atmosphere is convivial, running videos of Peru on all the walls is a smart & informative way to learn about the owner's beautiful country, You have achieved the true recipe for success."

"We can't imagine how this little gem managed to escape our attention all this time. Fabulous food and attentive service made this one of our best dining experiences. Inca's Kitchen could write the book on how to make diners happy. Their extensive menu was patiently and cheerfully explained by our waiter; the chef/owner stopped by our table to make sure our needs were being met; no detail was overlooked. Their sangria was refreshing and delicious. We'll most certainly be back!"

"The restaurant is in a strip mall on the outskirts of town, but easy to reach and safe. Do not let appearances fool you. Our waiter, Alvaro was very informative and patient. The food was topnotch. The cost was very reasonable. The seafood was as fresh as you can get and the beef entree was very tender. My wife and I both agree that this is a keeper."

"The food is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and if you go, ask for Neyva. She will guide you through the menu like a pro! This is not a quick in and out place for lunch/dinner. You are in South America, so sit back, relax, leave your cares behind, order an appetizer, and a drink. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. The Ceviche was outstanding, and from there all the way to dessert you'll have an experience. That a pleasant way to spend Sunday afternoon!"

"The Peruvian cuisine was unique, but not so much so as to displease picky diners. The presentation complimented the food and the servers were very attentive."

"Our party of 6 was pleasantly surprised to find such beautiful décor outside of downtown Naples. Our server, Al, was very helpful in figuring out the extensive menu. One of our party had the Jumbalaya and found the calamari very tough, however, everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their meals and appetizers. We all want to return to try more dishes. We've told neighbors about our experience and they want to visit also."

"We have been to Inca's Kitchen in the past & the each time the experience is even better. We brought out of town guests with us who were very pleased and impressed by the food. Inca's has the best ceviche in town! Excellent sangria as well."

"The food was amazing and authentic! The restaurant was very busy so I didn't feel that we received the service that we could have received. I had a glass of wine with our appetizers, but was never asked if I would like a second one which I would have liked to enjoy another with my bouillabaisse. Fried calamari and bouillabaisse were both excellent. My Fiancé raved over the tenderloin Chimichurri. Our guest had the garlic aji fish and loved every bite! A definite foodie gem if you like Peruvian food! Again, service a bit lacking. We filled our own water glasses through the evening from the carafe too. Should have been a bit more attentive but we will definitely be going back for another amazing foodie experience!"

"Overall very nice. We were disappointed that our request for a booth or a quiet table was ignored. The hostess said they have a new computer systemand they have no control over the seating, which seema quite far-fetched."

"An outstanding restaurant! The decor was lovely with great sound buffering. The service was impeccable with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful waitress. The food was outrageously flavorful, with many choices for individual tastes. The presentation was high end and done with a flare. Pricing was reasonable. A real neighborhood gem. We will be back."

"This restaurant was great. The place was clean & the food was delicious. The wait staff were very helpful in explaining the dishes as this was our first time there but probably not our last. The other patrons also helped with the menu. The noise level was that of chatter & families. The place had a cozy family feeling to it."

"Very good overall experience. Interesting menu coupled with very good wine list dominated by selections not only from Peru but throughout S Amer. We relied on our friendly wait to select an excellent Ceviche which was a size able portion shared by both of us. So much so we ordered only one other main course, their tenderloin offering which was also plentiful and went wonderfully with both red wine selections. Our waiter even brought us a taste of two reds before we ordered glasses. A very nice touch. We finished with the recommended desert of squash donuts with pineapple ice cream. Good coffee. And all this for $83 before our tip. Great value. Great meal."
