"India's Best may be a little out of sight (hidden off the street at the back of a strip mall) but it shouldn't be out of mind. Its decor is pleasant, the seating is comfortable, the staff attentive, and the food wonderful. Four of us sopped up every bit of four entrees and were a little disappointed when the plates were empty. And that is not because we felt underfed; indeed, we had no room for dessert. But it had been so much fun bouncing between the flavors of our lamb curry and eggplant and cauliflower and chicken dishes that we wanted to keep on going. India's Best is as good as any of the other Indian restaurants we have frequented in Denver. I recommend it."
