"Anither great evening at Chatto Brasserie. The food was exceptional and our waiter, Ben, did a tremendous job. Great wine selection and the dessert was unbelievable. By far one of the best restaurants in Chattanoga!"

"Our second time here and it was as good as the first. The food was excellent as well as the service. The staff was attentive and responsive. The menu was a little different which we liked. There were many choices. Good wine list too. This will definitely be one of our regulars."

"I have been several times and had better food - this time the food seemed average at a high price. The portions were small, and not all meals arrived at the same time (not really acceptable for a party of 4). It just wasn't anything special for the price paid, but nothing notably bad"

"The food and service at this restaurant was very good. The prices were pretty expensive, especially given the small portions. A side salad costing $7, consisted of a few pieces of lettuse, a cherry tomato, a few bacon bits and a poached egg. You won't walk away hungry, but you certainly won't have any leftovers to take home. All the staff were extremely friendly, and it iwas quiet, but no view of any kind."

"We love everything about this awesome restaurant. We have had dinner here several times and its always great! My husband had the diver scallops and they were perfectly prepared and delicious. I had the salmon and it was beautifully tender and delicious. I have also been for brunch and it is as just as wonderful as dinner!! I can't wait to go back."

"We three enjoyed our tasty and beautifully presented selections very much -- 2 x Huevos Rancheros and 1 Eggs Benedict Sardou. While delicious, food was served luke warm. We would have preferred our dishes hot. One person requested that grits be subsituted for potatoes ... but they were not. Regardless, we will return."

"WOW! We were absolutely amazed with the quality of food and service at this treasure! Tuna tartare appetizer was exquisite, duck and filet mignon were both cooked exactly as ordered, with fantastic pairings. Presentation was perfect, service was impeccable. Nothing but great things to say about Chato Brasserie, and the next time we are in Chattanooga, we will definitely be back!"

"Chato is a delight for the senses. Simple, clean ambiance - wonderfully prepared local food bursting with flavors that will not soon be forgotten. My friend and I both had the french onion soup (oh my!) - rich, hearty, thick with onions. My friend had a dish that could be compared to Pad Thai and it was delicious. I had the Atlantic salmon which was cooked perfectly. The pecan caramel souffle was divine. I will look forward to the next visit."

"Our reservations were easily made and we were seated within a few minutes of our arrival time. The waiters were extremely attentive and helpful without being invasive.
