"The restaurant is dated, a little shabby and fairly noisy because the kitchen is open to the dining room. The food was good, not extraordinary and served room temperature. The chardonnay was just a bit colder than room temp but got colder in the ice bucket. Our waiter, Henry, was exceptional and tried to address all our problems with a smile and prompt service."

"Far better than other area steakhouses. All steaks for our party of four were cooked perfectly, as was the added lobster - none were overdone. The quality of the meat was good, and the au poivre sauce was delicious. Side dishes were excellent. Upon request, we received sliced strawberries for dessert, instead of the listed heavier items. The waitstaff was great, accomodating, yet not overbearing. The waiter quipped while removing the lobster tail meat from the shell, "let me de-bone this for you." Great dinner."

"Mu husband and I eat there almost twice a month. They usually have a special on friday nite that we eat. This week on Friday March 22nd they had a chef special 4 course meal. That was recommend to me. I ordered it, oh why, the food was prepared gret looked good. but had no flavor and was not good to me. I ordered prime rib, it was two small pices of meat that did not look like prime rib. It was awful. I will never order that again. I will order from the menu as usually. After my bill was $112.00 I was really shocked. Other than that I always love their food."

"I had the bone in ribeye with a special request to top my steak. I always ask for my steak the same way and I eat a lot of steak. Chef Cedric made my steak exactly how I like it and was kind enough to personally check that I enjoyed it. We had the best seat in the house. Great night. Thanks."

"I recommend not going on Valentine because restaurant manager (Christopher) blamed our poor service on the 250 guest that they had to accommodate. The restaurant was not that busy. We never received an apology for poor service from waiter or manager when we complained. The food was fine when we finally got it but waiter needs training and so does manager"

"My wife and I went here for Valentines Day. It was a bit of a stretch for us going to a casino. Neither of us gamble, drink or smoke so we just have little reason to go to one. But, I was looking for a place with great food and this place was recommended. The food was excellent, but surpassed by the phenomenal waiters Marco and Sammie. We will go back when in Shreveport. It is a non-smoking establishment in the restaurant, so that was nice. Don't plan on waiting in the main hotel lobby as the stench of cigarettes just rolls up the gangway from the "boat" and polutes the air. We just moved up the hallway about 40 yards and couldn't smell the smoke, where we waited until our reservation time. I would suggest going. Try the crab cakes."

"This was my first time at William B’s and we went there because I started late getting reservations for Valentine’s Day and could not get another table at other places in Shreveport. Would I go back again? That’s a tuff call. It’s not a bad place. The service was good especially on Valentine’s Day. The prices are what you would expect at an upscale restaurant in Shreveport like Superior, Ernest , or Jack Binions. In fact I would say this is one of the cheaper upscale places. Also, the food was not bad and it was a nice setting. It’s just there is nothing about this place to get excited about when you want to get excited. There was nothing about this place that just jump out at me. But if you are in the same situation like I was an"
