Accomplished Gastronomy, Gemütlichkeit and Good Times. Whether it’s one of Peter’s Austrian specialties in the dining room, a burger and beer in the Copper Bar or a glass of wine on our mountainview deck, at Stiegler’s you’ll enjoy great food, attentive service and the ambiance of a Tirolean home.
Stiegler's serves dinner Tuesday thru Sunday from 5:30 - 9:30 PM; the casual bar menu is available at 5:00 PM. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is located at The Aspens, between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. NOTE: For reservations on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, please call 307-733-1071. Stiegler's will be closed on Christmas Day.

"Very authentic Austrian cuisine that creates the perfect Alpine dining experience .
Peter Steigler (the Olympic champion's brother and better cook) will make sure you're at home.
The Rackette, Wiener schnitzel , and steak are excellent.

"Steiglers is one of the best restaurants in the Jackson Hole area. We have eaten there several times and each time is as good as the last. In fact,Steiglers is our go to restaurant for our special night out while in Jackson."

"We try to get to Stiegler's at least once whenever we're in the Jackson area. I am German by birth and heritage, and I always feel transported back in time to my mother's kitchen with it's wonderful flavors, smells and "gemutlichkeit". Every dish is prepared to perfection, with attention given to the details. Peter never disappoints!"

"We loved the food, it was absolutely delicious! The mini brats are a must have appetizer! The homemade honey-mustard to accompany the mini brats was the best! Definitely try the wienerschnitze, get the Kline potion which is smaller and much better if you plan on having appetizers. Pork shank, and the trout was also amazing.Lastly, the desserts are worth waiting for! Bread pudding and the creeps were our favorite. Overall, I would definitely make this a must see when in Jackson Hole."

"While it is hard to get authentic European food in Jax Hole, this restaurant is as good as you will find. Herr Stiegler personally cooks and greats all the guests, a nice old country touch. Austrian is a bit different than German cooking, but you'll certainly recognize the menu. While it isn't a super high end spot, you'll feel right at home and the staff is 100% dressed for the occasion."

"Really good food and nice atmosphere. I have eaten here 5 times now and have always had a great meal. I would highly recommend the beef filet and the escargot. Don't even think about desert, get the strudel! Wine list very good and not completely out of whack price wise. Go you will love it!"

"Wonderful, traditional german/Tyrolian cuisine. Very clean with alpine decor. Attentive staff. The lebenknodel Soup was fabulous, as was the Gulyas soup. Every entre I have tried so far has been outstanding. My wife and I make a dinner at Stieglers a part of every trip to Jackson."
