"As we ordered, we were told bread would be arriving shortly.
After 10 minutes, I asked the waiter about the bread and he stated, "I'm sorry we are all out of bread."
Nothing was offered in it's place. Had we been told about the shortage on bread we would have ordered appetizers.
Service was also not top notch. A dropped glass meant cleaning up the glass ourselves and then our feet sat in sprite the rest of the evening because no one mopped up the floor.
Pasta was served luke warm. It was sent back and when it came out again it was not much hotter. At this point, I just kept it since most of the others were close to finishing their meals.
We will obviously not return to this restaurant for any of our upcoming special events."

"We had a very nice dinner on Saturday, June 2 to celebrate my birthday. We were a bit surprised at how empty the restaurant was though. Food was very good and our server (Lauren) was excellent. A bit disappointed in the chopped salad. Seemed like it was lacking enough dressing."

"Our reservation was for 4:00 PM but due to large parties and people lingering we were not seated until 4:30. We did expect a wait because it was Mothers Day but this was longer than we expected. The manager stopped by our table to apologize and thank us for waiting. Our food was as good as it always is and we were not disappointed."

"We made a reservation for brunch via Open Table, and Atria's didn't have it in their books but squeezed us in. We were never told brunch ended at 3, when it was advertised as a seating time on Open Table. It was a "special" menu with jacked up prices and poor service. The server forgot to ring in one of the meals and didn't even remove it from the bill as a courtesy. Bill came, and we were charged for an extra drink. We asked if we could order the famous Carrotcake, even if just "to go" and were told no. We will never return on a holiday, the servers are not trained to handle."

"Reservation at 530P but waited for 60 minutes to be seated. We were then told that on the special menu, they were already out of two of the entrees listed. Finally ordered our food by 7P but again we waited 90 minutes to be served. They explained it as a problem in kitchen. This was the worst restaurant and worst experience ever. I would never go back to this restaurant."

"We just retired to Pittsburgh after living 45 years in a variety of places in the USA and abroad. We met old friends for lunch at Atria's and it was perfect for conversation and good food. Who said ,"You can't go home again"?!?!"

"Made Easter reservations for 9. When we arrived it took a bit before we were waited on. The waiter had brought salads and soup out, but forgot about the appetizer. Then he informed us that they had run out of bread, and we would have none with our dinner. My order of hot tea came out COLD. Then 5 of our party ordered the strawberry crepes with ice cream. Not one of the deserts came out with ice cream. My one son asked them for ice cream which they brought out, but for none of the others. The bill was $268 without tip. Totally not worth it and will not go back there again. I was very disappointed."

"I would like to say that the service was wonderful. Our food was very tasty too. The downfall of our experience was that we were seated in the back room where the heat was not working. They told us it had not been working all week so I'm not sure WHY they continued to keep the room open to paying customers. The employees tried to make us comfortable by adding a space heater but it did not help much so I ordered the spicy Fra Diavalo to stay warm."

"In making my reservation, I requested a booth. When we arrived, that had been noted and we were escorted to the sort of booth in which a couple can sit side by side, perfect so far as I was concerned as a man who had invited a lady to join him. The service, by Renee, could not have been better and the food was well prepared, tasty and exactly as ordered including a special request about the salad. Then came a bread pudding dessert which was delicious -- the best I have ever tasted. I strong recommend Atria's."

"We are regular visitors to Atrias in Wexford. This time we were disappointed with the service. The receptionist first tried to seat us in a small room by the bar even though it was early and the restaurant was still quite empty. This room was crowded and noisy. It looked like she was putting any family with a child in there. We had our granddaughter with us. She has come many times to Atrias. She is well behaved and appropriate and does not need to be in a seperate room. The waitress also forgot to bring the appetiser that we ordered and the coffee that we also ordered. We did enjoy the food and hope this change will not continue as we have enjoyed this restaurant in the past."

"We arrived 30 mins early to have a drink at the bar before our reservation. There were no seats available nor was there really a place to stand. It almost felt uncomfortable to be in the bar area because we seemed to be in the way of everybody.
We were seated within 15 mins of arriving. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu items and the specials. She was courteous and prompt. Our meal was good. I had the seafood gorgonzola and my girlfriend ordered the lobster mac & cheese. Both of our pasta was dry but the food was still good."

"Overall it was good. Waiter did forget to bring soup and it arrived just as the entree did. Would have liked to have it earlier. Waiter was not real attentive, maybe he had too many tables as we rarely saw him. Very slow service as well. Food was good and we were not cramped at table.

"We like Atria's because of their menu. So many restaurants in that price range seem to offer the same-ole, same-ole. Atria's menu offers a variety of different items and recipes. We've used the restaurant for personal dining and for groups. If you're there at the right time, you may even spy a local celebrity."
