"The last few times I've been here the service has been intolerably slow. This time was no exception. I should not have to go to the counter to find my waitress. Food was good as always."

"French toast was cold, told my server and she said its supposed to be. : ( also, we asked for the cornbread as a starter, it came at thenend of our meal and was also cold. We never got refills, our server took 20 minutes to deliver our check and another ten to return with change. Very dissappointed and dismal service."

"The indoor atmosphere was something to be desired, however the outdoor area was charming, a fire pit, live music. Our party was too large to be able to be seated outdoors and this left us as the only group indoors, so a bit scary. However, our server was very accomodating and the food was fantastic. My spouse is a Vegan and the options were plentiful and very appetizing for a Vegan diner. The rest of our group all found things of interest. The Kobe beef sliders were unbelievable, as were the fish & pork tacos. Everyone enjoyed their dinner, just wish we could have eaten outdoors. I will caution if you are cabbing it to the restaurant make transporation arrangements ahead of time, as we had to wait a very long time for a cab."

"Food was fantastic! The menu was a surprise as there were a lot of items to choose from. All the food ordered was wonderful, but the timing was a little off. I could tell that the dishes were served immediately when ready - thanks to the busboy! We gave him an extra tip as he was more attentive to our needs than the waitstaff. There was a blue grass band on the patio that was great, but since we chose to sit inside, I felt as though we were forgotten...except by the wonderful busboy. The quality of the outweighed the poor service thankfully!"

"A group of 6 of us went there last Saturday and they seated us and took our order right away. Over an hour after we ordered the waitress said they lost our ticket & we had to reorder. Then another half hour later, we were starving and asked if they had bread or anything we could snack on. The waitress replied, "It's Saturday and very busy, so we are out of bread." Seriously? So we waited another 20 minutes and asked when our order was going to come out and again she replied, "It's Saturday." So we canceled our order and went elsewhere. I don't care what day of the week it is, there’s no reason for anyone to wait more than 2 hours to eat and be expected to deal with it because it’s “Saturday.” Everywhere gets busy- that’s not an excuse!"

"We came for an early dinner prior to an event at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts. We sat outside on the patio as it was a beautiful evening. Our servers' appetizer suggestions were excellent. We shared the Sofrito salad, Garlic Shrimp, fried plantain slices with a delicious cheesy dip, and crab cakes. The very best food was the Paella Velazquez - perfectly cooked seafood, creamy saffron rice - very flavorful! We were served promptly, and the service was excellent."

"Most of the food was good if a bit overpriced. We had to tell the waitress that one of our dishes was missing it's sauce, it was delivered bone dry. You would expect the food server to catch that before it was delivered to the table.
Servers seemed confused as to which food went to which table and tried to give us dishes we didn't order and gave our food to another table. Overall, the food was decent but the service needs improvement! I was extremely irritated to have people smoking right near our table too, definitely not cool."

"I am hoping there was something wrong that night. Like the cook called in and the hostess was trying to run the kitchen. It was ridiculously slow getting food.We had reservations for 5:30 and when we arrived there were not many other tables visible to us. I believe there was some event in their bar/lounge since drinks also took a very long time but were tasty. We ordered 4 Tapas. 1 they were out of. 2 came out at a very slow pace. The last one came out wrong and we got the remake as we were leaving at 7:10, we took it to go. We never got the deserts we ordered at about 6:30.Many other tables left without getting any food. The server was very apologetic. If you can't handle an event and dinning room service don't take our reservation."

"My favorite Vegas spot for dinner with the very best bartenders in Vegas. They create amazingly delicious and weird drinks! The food is outstanding (great tapas menu) Took friends who had never been to the Arts District and they were so excited to get off the strip. The funky factor is really high here. Fire jugglers were on the patio when we left after dinner. Only in Vegas, only at the Arts District! The last time we were there, artists were painting bodies on the patio. What could be better than performance art and great food and great drinks."
