"Great addition to the food scene in northern liberties! When you walk in to the unassuming restaurant , you will be very happy to see a sparkling , newly renovated restaurant !
The food is delicious , the staff are gracious and want to serve you. Did not know it was a byob.. Which is another plus!

"Food at Circles is very dependable, good Thai food. I am never disappointed. Love the soups and crispy tofu. Portions ample. Price reasonable. A great choice when i want to take my hungry family out to dinner. Good for lunch when many places are closed."

"Was there for 6-course prix fixe dinner. Courses were hit and miss, ranging from excellent (thai basil duck) to complete misses. Still, a decent effort, and worth the price. The problem came later, when I realized that I had left my tote bag under the table with an expensive and special bottle of wine that we had never opened. We were among the last to leave, so no one else was seated and the staff obviously picked it up when they cleared the table. Called, but no answer. Called first thing in the morning, the person said she didn't see it. Called again that afternoon, same answer, and manager too busy to talk. Never called back. Really? It's okay to steal customers' stuff? Just lucky I didn't leave my wallet or credit card there."

"We recently dined at Circles Northern Liberties for their special 8-course Thai New Year menu. Although we've enjoyed many dinners from their Newbold location, we were really let down by this meal. First of all, we expected a little fanfare because of how this event was billed. There was little to no explanation of the dishes from the server (who was perfectly friendly), and we found most of them to be underwhelming to downright unappetizing. It was a good thing we had lots of wine to wash it all down! Very disappointing, we won't return to this location."

"Parking was impossible. The appetizers were excellent. We ordered our food mild, but two of the dishes came out inedible because of the heat. The manager told us that this was "mild", but I have a strong stomach and couldn't get it down. We were told that the kitchen puts hot sauce on EVERYTHING. If this is the case, why even mention the term "mild"? Although our waiter was attentive, the fact that he didn't explain this interesting phenomenon (that hot sauce goes on EVERYTHING) made us not give him a better rating on Service. It also took over an hour to get our main dishes. (This I realize wasn't his fault, but the kitchen's). A very unpleasant dining experience, indeed."

"Everything was great! Went with a group of friends and we got the veggie spring rolls and crab rangoon to start- both were delicious! For my entree I ordered the Pad Kee Mow and it was fantastic! I would definitely go back to Circles!"

"Went with a friend on Friday night, service was extremely nice (even though we were late for our reservation, they kept our table.) Had spring rolls, pineapple fried rice and pad thai. Everything was very fresh and had huge portions but the price was very reasonable. As a NoLibs resident, I will absolutely be returning soon!"

"We had a very good experience at the new Circles location in Northern Liberties. We have eaten Circles take out many times and know it's good quality food. The new restaurant was cute and modern. The wait staff was friendly, and the reserved tabled was waiting for us when we arrived. Food as always was very good, and we are always in search of the best new byob. All over great experience!
Also, there was no red tape using the Living Social Deal. Your coupon is good for any food, any time (well, until it expires of course!)."

"Hands down the best Thai food available. I've never had Thai this delicious. Try the Massaman curry, chicken or beef; it's not even possible for food to taste this good, is it? And the most unusual and delicious crab rangoon EVER... possily the most amazing FLAVOR I've ever enjoyed. Please go. Take your friends, take your family... it's beyond a hidden gem. People who've been to Thailand claim Circles does Thai better... than the country the food originated from. And we're all foodies, me and my friends, so it isn't a frivolous claim. And such a sweet, helpful staff.
Go. Seriously. You won't be disappointed."
