"The views are breathtaking. Even when dining inside, there are windows all around to see outside. The food is great, our waitress was extra nice and fast. The manager switched our table from inside to outside in no time at our request. It was mother's day and the still had everything under control. Highly recommend this place. We drove all the way from Queens, not the first time to enjoy this place."

"Off the beaten track in an unexpected location. Magnificent views...nice simple menu. The cod was exceptional as were the desserts. Great nice weather restaurant! Very friendly staff! Will definitely be back!"

"The views are amazing, the location is great and the concept behind it is interesting however too noisy and crowded. I don't think I would go back for a nice dinner experience with a view. Food was barely warm and service was poor. Maybe it was too crowded because it was Mother's Day but with such a venue and location that place would be a hit if it had a bit more class and quieter atmosphere. The drinks at the bar are poorly done and the bar does not have indoor seating which is a shame. Overall very disappointing. Not even the amazing view will make it up."

"La marina agreat view out door dining, the food was ok not great for there price but I guess costumers are paying for the fantastic view then the quality of the food. Service wise they need more improvement we were celebrating a friends birthday how is a restaurant does not have a candle to place on top of the cake the worse is that in order to get that cake we had to wait more than 1/2 hour . I could imagine how the service will be when they are actually very busy ."

"Had a surprise dinner for a work colleague on a Thursday evening. The service was good but slightly slow considering the place was not packed with people. The server was lovely and knowledgeable. Food was very good. Music slightly loud but we managed. The best part? The scenic view! It made this special moment with colleagues memorable. Overall great experience! This is a neighborhood gem!"

"I arrived for an early dinner and the music was at disco volume rather than dining volume but once I mentioned this to the hostess, it was fixed . I could then enjoy the fabulous view and the good food and the good service. I would definitely like to go back!"

"Very nice, the view is always amazing, food was good, but the waiters are overzealous. They are watching you like a hawk waiting to take your plate as soon as the last piece of food hits your mouth and before you have even sat your fork back down on the plate, so that was a little annoying. Basically I think they just don't want you to stay very long because they are trying to get people in and out to make the most money possible."

"Our second time eating here. Everything in the kitchen seems to be working well here...but the music level is truly intolerable unless you want to spend your entire meal shouting at your fellow diners to be heard. It made what would otherwise have been a lovely meal something that I would not want to repeat. Hopefully the restaurant will decide whether it is about the food and dining experience or about catering to a drinking crowd that might prefer such loud music. The music selection itself was fine; maybe if you are going with lots of people this might be okay (there seemed to be many birthday parties), but not for a couple or a foursome who want to catch up with each other."

"As always, this restaurant never fails to amaze. When they re-opened for the season, their phone system wasn't up to date and so I was having trouble booking a large party (10 people) as not able to book that large on Opentable. So I posted on their FB page and they got back to me immediately! They updated the phone message, a person was available to take my call and my reservation was confirmed pronto. We had a great night - this place makes up for any faults by just being the most beautiful restaurant in NYC. But, there isn't much wrong with it to begin with. Great staff - super friendly, the food is fine and the view...oh the view..."
