The 2012 winner of the"Best of Las Vegas" Italian Restaurant! Specializing in classic as well as contemporary Italian Cuisine. Elegant dining at affordable prices make us an easy decision to make when thinking about reservations. Each of our menu items are finished to order and forget about steam tables keeping food hot for hours and hours. Only fresh herbs, imported tomatoes and olive oil are used to finish each dish. Our kitchen staff has worked as a unit for over twenty years guaranteeing the consistency required for repeat dining experiences. Only prime grade meats and poultry are used and we even make our own desserts. Join the locals for our Wednesday Wine madness. Every bottle of wine on our extensive list is half price every Wednesday. Dine amidst the elegance of opulent chandeliers and cherry wood panels complimented with tasteful murals and exquisite art works.

"While our food was excellent and the room is very nice, the service was less than desirable on this visit. Our waiter was somewhere else than our table of four. Obviously no one was supervising the front of the house. We finally got our wine in two separate deliveries by another waiter. Not the service we expect."

"The food and service is generally good, although inconsistent. It's the first and last impressions that are annoying. The host appears old-school Italian and most often acts unfriendly if not just rude as he greets diners. He is gruff except when he hugs and kisses his friends. At the end of the meal, expect to wait as long as 30 minutes for your check. This isn't because they hate to see you go, it's apparently because only one person is allowed to process tickets and isn't very efficent. We've gotten into the habit of asking for our check when the food arrives. Specials often seem over-priced, and portions sometimes are small. You'll get the best service and dining experience if you ask for Billy. He is an outstanding waiter."

"This restaurant has that Old Vegas feel. High ceilings, dim lighting and big spacious booths. They have a piano bar and the guy who plays and sing is really good. The Sole Parmigiano is the best thing on the menu although when they have the Osso Buco special that's excellent as well. Their cocktails are large and they don't skimp on the booze. It's a great experience sitting here with a big cold Martini, great Italian food on your plate and the pianist playing and singing a classic Sinatra song."

"Even though area was not full to capacity and there were plenty of servers and bussers, the service was not what it should have been. We were given bread without bread plates.
We had to stop passing servers to get drink refills after waiting some time with empty glasses. Same for dessert menus and our check. Servers spent a lot of time with friendly stops at tables of guests they recognized while virtually ignoring the rest of us. Food on the bland side."

"As an Italian who has grown up on family recipes I'm very skeptical about new Italian Restaurants I try. I was extremely impressed with Salvatore's food. Their Pomodoro sauce was excellent and the chicken cutlet was cooked perfectly. I couldn't believe how wonderful their food was. The Gnocchi di Ricotta's pink vodka sauce was a bit under seasoned, but any place that has a good base sauce is eccellente in my book."
