"We really enjoyed our dinner at The Melting Pot. The waiter was very attentive and described the menu for us. We had the restaurant week 4 course menu which allowed us to sample lots of food at a better price. If we had ordered these ala carte it would have been very expensive (in my opinion!). I loved the decorating of the restaurant and it was very private for a romantic dinner. Food was very good. We had a sampling of the meats, our favorite was the sirloin beef. Didn't love the all dipping sauces but did like the terriaki and sweet & sour. My favorite fondue was the chocolate for desert."

"As always, we greatly enjoyed our experience at the Melting Pot. The food is excellent. Brandon, our server, is very knowledgeable about the menu and has great recommendations for pairings of wine, other drinks and the food as well as the selections of entrees with the particular type of sauces served. The Melting Pot is a place we like to go to about once a month to relax, have some good conversation, have a tasty, fun meal and enjoy excellent service."

"My husband and I celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary at The Melting Pot and had a wonderful time. It was the first time we were there for the four course experience as our other two trips were dessert only. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us with cooking our entree (which I was very nervous about). I would go back again, hands down!"

"AWESOME RESTAURANT!!!!! We went for my birthday with my husband and 2 girls. Dan the waiter was incredible. Being our first time there, he explained the process and menus with great detail and helped us out further when we still had questions. He made suggestions for dips that gave us an array of flavors to try for our first time. The "kids" menu was perfect for my picky eater children and 2 days later they are still talking about it and wondering when we can go back. The Melting Pot will probably be a Birthday tradition! Dan asked if we were there for a celebration, and surprised us with a candle lit Happy Birthday Cheesecake, 2 glasses of champagne and 2 glasses of ginger ale for the kids. Every aspect was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I recently made my first visit to the Melting Pot. I was very impressed by the classy atmosphere, as I had been expecting something a little more casual. The restaurant is set up with many little two person nooks that make for an intimate dinner, if desired. There was also a more open area with booths for larger parties. My server explained the menu and also what she was doing as she mixed the fondue ingredients into the pot. The food was excellent! I would suggest that if you are going alone, as I did, that you bring a book to read in between courses."

"I was very disappointed with the wait staff. She did not seem knowledgeable of the menu nor recommended the bar menu. She was slow and did not pay attention to my table. We waited 15+ min for her to take our drink order and the restaurant was not busy. We mentioned this to the floor manager who did not seem to care, and this was noted by the lack of an apology for his less than helpful staff. This was the first time I took my family there and I am completely discouraged from returning because of how disappointing of a time that was."

"While it is a unique experience, your change in pricing is undesirable. I was at the Melting Pot in December 2012 with a friend and we shared the 4 course meal and was very happy and fulfilled. So much so that I was the one who suggested we go to your restaurant when my family and parents were trying to decide where to go to dinner one Saturday night. Your pricing had changed as of 1st of January and we now needed to order our own meals and was not allowed to "share". The problem with that is that only two pots could be on the table at one time, so if all four of us wanted something different for our cheese, cooking broth, and chocolate we then had to wait for the first 2 pots to finish before the other two could come out. Really?!?"

"I wanted to take my girlfriend here for Valentines Day dinner but of course Melting Pot was fully booked a month in advance. We booked reservations for the night before V-Day and everything worked out great. The hostess initially wanted to place us at a table by the bar but we chose to hold off a few more minutes for a private booth. If you're here on a date do not settle for the table, the small 2-person booths are much more intimate. In the past at a different location I was able to order wine flights - 4 separate mini-glasses of wine paired for each course - perfect for trying new wines. The manager told me they no longer offered this on the menu but had the chef and staff do the pairings for me anyways. Amazing service!"

"Having been to numerous locations of the Melting Pot on both personal and business visits, I had a good idea of what to expect. Having fun and trying something different are why we like going there to begin with. Unfortunately on this trip, the service was completely underwhelming. Our main server never checked back with us after making our cheese course, and we had to stop a bus-person in order to get refills on our drinks. During our chocolate course, we ran out of dippers and asked our server for additional fruit. She brought us 4 tiny slices of bananna for a table of 3.... seems crazy, right? We pay for the service and the chance to do something "different" at the melting pot, how about another $0.30 worth of bananas?"
