Fired Up is not your average ol’ pizza joint, in fact it's something you'll get, well...fired up about. This concept is the culinary inspiration of husband and wife team, Josh and Jess Barhaug. Josh has been working in kitchens and under talented chefs for over 10 years. Jess is an engineer but has found a passion for the world of wine. This combination of interests led them on a three month excursion around Europe in their trusty RV named Rufus in search of food, wine, beer and ideas that could be applied to a concept back home. By combining knowledge gained on this trip, local inspirations and past experiences we arrived at Fired Up. This is the place we envisioned to hang out and enjoy quality, handcrafted food and drinks with our families and friends. So walk, bike, longboard, skip, or simply drive on over and let us show you what we're all about.
"We eat a lot of artisan pizza and I have to say that Fired Up has the best pizza crust I have ever had. I live in Boulder and this place is definitely worth the drive."

"The meatball appetizer, pizza, salad, chocolate bread pudding, and apple cobbler were very good. The donuts were a little disappointing and the restaurant itself could spruce itself a bit. Will definitely return."

"Food was good...service was sub par...If our server was new, giving her an eight top wasn't very smart otherwise,she just wasn't very good...I' not sure if I would make my way back..."

"The waitstaff is good, attentive. We visted on the first night of Denver Restaurant Week, which I hope explains the mistakes we observed. All were corrected, no problem. The food is presented well and much better than expected from what I thought was a casual dining restaurant. It's a real restaurant and bar. We'll be back for sure to hopefully step up the ratings on our review."
