"The food was every bit as good as it used to be, in fact maybe even better. What has really improved is the friendly front desk greeting and waitstaff. Used to be a chilly reception and so-so service. Everything was fresh and delicious, prompt and attentive service.
We sometimes would leave without anyone saying thank you or goodbye (old ownership) this time 4 people said thank you AND goodbye. Will start going more regularly again."

"It was my mother's birthday, she loves the bento combinations at Fuji. Everyone at the table of five ordered a bento with different combos, and with the addition of a few specialty rolls, the sashimi is always fresh and delightfully light. In true Japanese dining, the sunomono and miso soup arrived prior to the arrival of the additional plates of sushi,edamame and yakimono. I love the small portions of salad and pickled eggplant, the California rolls and the mackeral. The sabayaki skin is so crisp and the fish is so flavorful with a side of grated daikon and shoyu, I usually order double. It is just like mom would serve for dinner. Still no room for dessert, maybe next time."

"We LOVED our server. He made our experience that much better at Fuji Sushi. The sushi was great, the menu had a really nice variety, and the desserts at the end of the night had the perfect balance. We'll be back!"

"The quality of the sushi was great. All cuts very generous and well prepared. I was mostly upset with the delay on getting all ready and the way the waitress managed our large group. We didnt want to order multiple small dishes and asked for a couple of large boats with varied sushi. It took a while for her to understand what we wanted but after a long wait we got what we want. But we were charged a exorbitant amount for these boats as they were not in the menu. We ended up payment way more than if each person had ordered 2-3 plates. Good food, poor experience."

"It was Valentines Day, so the restaurant was very busy, but the service was very good and personalized and the food was outstanding. We both had chirashi, one of our favorite dishes, and the presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. I've never had it better. We hadn't been to Fuji Shushi for several years but now plan to go back very soon."
