"An outstanding venue in Carlton Oregon. Superb dishes prepared in a french country style. Smallish menue but everything on it is great. Delicately seasoned seems the rule of the day. The chicken liver pate' and steamed manila clams were fabulous. Limited but excellent local wine choices at very reasonable prices. Don't try to share the lamb stew, you won't be able to give it up. Tell them to get their own bowls. That way everyone will be happy. Ask Henri to select your wine, you won't be sorry. The Prix Fixe (3 courses for $28.) is an excellent deal."

"We had such a great evening at Cuvee! The restaurant is super cute and we felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. The food was excellent, the wine was fantastic, the bread was to die for and it was a pleasure to be served by the owner. He answered our many questions without hesitation and had a great sense of humor. We treated my mom to dinner for her birthday and she could not stop raving about her halibut dish. The desserts were the perfect ending to a lovely evening. Thank you Cuvee!"

"touring wine country on february 16,2013. read reviews of cuvee and showed up at about 6. owner met us and he was quite droll. looked at the menu and wished there was more than two of us because we would have liked to sample more of the items on the menu. wine selection was wonderful and we quietly ordered french instead of willemette valley. server was a lady who was a friend of the owner and you could tell she was doing it because she enjoyed it. wonderful experience."
