"We like this restaurant as well as its companion in Ventura for the excellent pastas that we tend to order for entrees. This time I had a ravioli like pasta stuffed with lobster--great!, and my wife a squash tottelli which she enjoyed. I had a very good creamy fish soup to start with and my wife a burrata caprese that she liked. Very good service and we enjoyed our dinner here."

"We had a fine Saturday dinner here with a very tasty fish soup for myself to start and my wife having the caprese which she enjoyed. My pasta entrée of a ravioli like pasta stuffed with lobster was excellent and I can recommend it, with my wife having a squash tortellini which was tasty. Good cocktails, too. Our server was excellent and very attentive. All in all, a very enjoyable dinner."

"Finally an Italian restaurant where the waiter is Italian. Beautiful presentation on the burrata with bietola. Special of the week pasta with calamari was fantastic. As we were leaving I was looking for the hostess to validate my parking and a very friendly guy with his family who was entering the restaurant took my ticket and stamped it. Obviously he was a regular but it's that friendly kind of place that gives this charm and authenticity. Looking forward to returning when I am in the area again."

"This is as close to Itlay eating as you can get without the long flight! Everything here is fantastic! The atmosphere, the staff and the food is worth talking about to anyone who will listen. Have been here several times and have referred a lot of friends and customers and they all thank me for such a wonderful foodie find. Thanks Cafe Fiore for making such great food and not at rip off prices!"

"I go to Café Fiore for lunch and business meetings a lot, sometimes several times a week. I have always enjoyed their food, excellent service and general feel. I have also stopped in for dinner and again the food is always excellent and the service has never let me down. Excellent place for a nice bite and a great atmosphere."

"Food is really deelish! Ambiance is really nice with live music! Martinis are outstanding with great twists! Menu is a little pricey for just a casual dinner out , but overall a nice restaurant . One disappointment was they didn't have any breadpudding for desert which Was on the menu and was everyones all time fav, but we still had a nice time ."

"The food was good and the house Chianti was very nice. My only complaint was our waiter. He did his job, but did not have the tack to see we may be speaking and was very interruptive. He appeared to be in a great hurry. At one point when my mother was trying to give him her drink order he walked away while she was in mid sentence to go to a more lucrative table. I may give the place another chance to see if it was just a off night."

"We have eaten at this restaurant before and it was very good with excellent service. This time it was awful. We sat and sat had to ask to have waiter see us. WOW! Then we ordered never saw the waiter again, my food was not cooked properly, had to flag down the hostess because the waiter was?? WHERE? Had to replace the item I ordered, better second time. There were bus boys delivering food....tried to deliver other peoples food to our table...what's going on here how can a place be so smoothly run one week and a disaster another? It's a cute place, maybe they were having a bad night, but it was slow, not many people...I think no excuse. Bad service and food is always a bummer. Invest in a decent waiter who cares about his job and customers."

"This is a great restaurant hidden in a office park. I've driven by 100 times and never knew it was there.
All the dishes came out looking wonderful. Chicken was tasty. Cioppino was delicious. The Chicken Salad was a bit bland and stingy on chicken. And the bread - addicting. We'll go back for sure."

"First time at Fiore in Woodland Hills was a disaster. Even the manager didn't seem to care that dinners were served (10 guests) with large chunks of time between. I got my dinner when other friends were having dessert! Today was ( a time frame of 12 months) much, much better. Food is good but the Tiramisu was the best ever. Served in individual mini mason jars and the cake was not soggy from being drowned in rum. Just delicious."

"The food here is fabulous, some of the best Italian in the area. Service is a little slow, but not slow enough to resist going regularly. It is a gem that is hidden in an office building, but you would never know by the ambiance within the restaurant. It has more of a European feel, than of a typical American restaurant. Yummy, Yummy, Yummy."

"An amazing Italian gem. You don't have to go to Italy to enjoy good Italian food, it is right in your back yard. They really understand the essence of Italian food. The best Italian restaurant in LA (and we have been to almost all of the good ones here and also been to Italy). Go and enjoy !!"

"Cafe Fiore never lets you down! From their fabulous Happy Hour to their homemade breads to their very reasonable and varied menu, you won't be dissappointed! Fiore's specialty is Italian(they will even shave fresh percorino cheese on your entree)but they also do a mean pastrami on foccacio bread sandwich! With the best soup or french fries on the side! If you are counting your calories their salads are fresh and plentiful. And some of the best martinis in town....good Vodka choices and if you enjoy the flavored, fruity variety of martinis...theirs are never too sweet or gimicky. Always friendly and happy waiters round off a good dining experience at Cafe Fiore! And the vibe "rocks!""

"First time here. Enjoyed the food and ambiance. A different looking type of restuarant with a very unique looking bar. Accomodated a last-miunte change in the reservation. The menu looks great. Will go back to try other things. Service was a problem. Waiter had too many tables and did not pay attention to us (nor other tables). Among mis-steps, wife ordered wine and it never came until the meal was over. Waiter apologized---but should have comped it on the check. Again, will try again with hopes service will be much better."

"This was our first experience to Cafe Fiore. The restaurant's all around ambiance was nice. Our hostess sat us right away as we had a reservation. The table was not to our liking and she was able to accommodate us at a nicer table. (The couple she sat ahead of us, did no have a reservation and got a better table!) The service was very slow -- not even a glass of water for 15 minutes. But once we got the attention of a caring waiter our experience got much better. Food and drinks were good."

"Loved the atmosphere. The food was just okay. My friend ordered Osso Buco and it was overcooked as was my sausage. There was a long wait for our food and it took forever for them to just bring water to the table. We had children with us and that's all they were drinking. The waiter said they weren't expecting to be busy (it was Sunday night of President's weekend). Not sure I'd rush back, but the atmosphere was nice and our waiter was very nice."

"Food, service and layout amazing. Parking in a commercial building lot and finding it, at first a little difficult, but they also provide valet service (& a very friendly guy to boot). We had a cabana table in the bar area which was great, but the live band was a little loud (now I'm sounding like the old man that I've turned into) for meaningful conversation. In hindsight, I'd hit the bar for dinner with friends just to hang, but if I wanted to have some business conversations, I'd ask for a table in the adjacent restaurant area which would be a perfect blend of song & volume. Great food & great times! I'll be back!"

"This was our first time at Cafe Fiore. Overall, my wife and I loved the food. We shared a salad, had 2 glass of wine each, a fish and pasta entree, and split-dessert: $100. The decor is fab, the wait staff is accommodating and friendly and the food is delish. I think the food portions are a little large, which is sometimes unappealing, however, we would highly recommend this joint."
