"Had an awesome girl's brunch last Sunday on the sunny patio. Champagne and oysters were awesome. It's nice to see a good selection of my favorite mollusks including some from Cape Cod- YUM! I also recommend the octopus wraps and the clam chowder. Staff was friendly and attentive. We'll def be back."

"Saturday early dinner before the symphony was lovely. We seated outside, no problem whe it started raining since the roof can be closed. Cocktails are fun and original. Food was excellent. A little loud if seated inside, so outside is a good alternative. I will dfeinitely go back."

"Lure has jumped to the top of our list of fish places in Atlanta. The food is great very fresh, very creatively prepared, but not weird. My sole in brown butter sauce was just perfect. And the mint, ginger, and herb salad might actually be the best appetizer salad I've ever eaten. We've now been here three times and each time has been terrific, so it isn't a fluke. Very highly recommended."

"When we called to review directions, the hostess couldn't hear me due to the background noise. When she sat us at the table, she chose a dark booth under a air vent, when I asked for another table, she wasnt thrilled that we wanted to move. The food was bland. I had the salmon with potatoe hash with watercrest salad... who would do that to Salmon!?"

"Wonderful seafood and other great preparations. Waitress was most attentive and really knew the wine list. She made excellent recommendations after listening to our likes. We had a relatively early reservation and had the pick of our table locations. Wish the hostess had notified us that a very large (and rather boisterous) group was scheduled to arrive within an hour and occupy the space behind a curtained off area. Had to almost shout to be heard, which detracted from the overall experience."

"Our experience at Lure was perfect. We had oysters, the pork & octopus lettuce wraps, the salmon, the monkfish (it was amazing), the chocolate peanut butter mousse cake, and the toasted almond ice cream with cherries. All of it reached beyond our expectations in its perfection. I thought our service was good the entire meal, but my expectations were exceeded when our desserts were offered as complimentary since our entrees "took so long to come out". I hadn't noticed, but they had and they proactively took care of us. That kind of stuff gets me every time. When you combine that with the very pretty decor and the general nice-but-not-over-the-top-ness of the place, you get a great dining experience. I hope to return to Lure, it was fabulous."

"This was my second visit to lure and I was pleasantly surprised. After my first meal there, I wasn't expecting much, though I did know the fish/seafood would be super fresh and high quality. This time I ordered the Vietnamese pork and octopus wraps and all I can say is WOW! The rest of my party was also very happy with their choices. Looks like this place is coming into it's own. Kudos!"

"We had the Clam Chowder which was nothing but pepper and water. The shrimp appetizer was hot and the tails were cut off. Did not even look like shrinp. Our dessert was no better than pudding packs and sesame seeds. I can't believe this place is considered high on the list in Atlanta. Worse restaurant I've been to in years."

"Order the "house favorite" appetizer Smoked Fish Plate... It was NOT smoked, it was RAW. Something they have to advise, however they don't. It is a sashimi platter rather than smoked or as the waiter himself said it when he brought the plate over.. Crudité. The main courses were fair to ok... same problem with the raw food business... the salmon was raw, they never mention or asked about cooking temperature.

"We had a great meal at Lure. The Smoked Fish Platter and Octopus Wrap were prepared so well. The Octopus was tender (we learned later it had been sous-vided) and the smoked fish spread was delicious. So was the smoked salmon -- delicate and fragrant and sliced very thinly, just the way it should be. We decided the Mushroom Risotto was one of the best risottos we have ever had. All in all, a really great dinner."
