"Go on a Saturday night to enjoy very pleasant piano/flugelhorn music by live performer. Food was quite good - my wife had the primerib/crab legs buffet, and I had the swordfish special. For wine lovers, note WI does not permit corkage services if you're planning to bring a special bottle. Friendly and accommodating staff made this birthday event very memorable."

"On Saturday night you have a choice of ordering from the menu or partaking in the large buffet. Our group did both. The buffet has a selection of warm or cold crab legs with drawn butter (I started with this), succulent prime rib with au jus sauce, a large and fresh salad bar, a baked potato bar with fun toppings and an assortment of other main and side dishes. The dessert table gives you the opportunity to try different pies (chocolate peanut butter pie was to die for) and cakes and other goodies. The wine list is a good size with a nice selection. There is a live piano player who is very talented. There were a few kids there, so he even played a few songs from kids movies (which adults love, too). It was clean and friendly staff."

"The "champagne brunch" was 27.99 per person, kids under six eat free. We all found something that we enjoyed eating...however we were never offered champagne! We didn't realize the brunch came with champagne until we were leaving and overheard the host talking to incoming customers. I had to ask to get my water refilled. One guest wanted to order off the menu and we were done with our first plate of buffet by the time we were able to flag our waitress down to put in an order. We were eating dessert by the time our friend got his a la carte order. It was seriously slow and inattentive service."

"Had requested a window table when making reservation several days in advance. Was somewhat rudely informed by maitre d that we would have to wait 20 minutes or more for that even though at least 3 - 4 tables were open. The fact that my reservation requested a window had no bearing.Within 10 -20 minutes people were seated at those open tables. Since our server had some of those tables the maitre d could have asked us if we wanted to move but she did not. I admit 20 min is not long. But the maitre d could have informed why the need to wait upon seeing the empty tables. She just didn't care to please.
The service was not good. Our server was professional enough to comp us on two glasses of wine due to the somewhat long wait for our foo"

"My husband and I were dining here at Fontana Grill for our 5 year anniversary and our experience was exceptional! We were seated at a cozy table by the fireplace which was just perfect! Our server was very attentive and very friendly. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection and he enjoyed every bite! I ordered the frenched chicken breast and it was worth the wait, it was juicy, tender and delicious! The gentleman playing the piano added a nice touch to the ambiance as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future!"

"for such an expensive restaurant, it was not worth it. my wife an i were seated next to a table with ten kids running around their table the entire time - not very romantic... our waitress was apparently too busy to visit our table, she only made it over 3 times for the entire dinner. we sat with empty wine glasses for over a half hour, weren't offered deserts, and weren't even asked if we enjoyed our meals. the food was good, but too pricey! its too bad, when we walked in, it looked very nice."
