Executive Chef Eichiro Karahana, the grandson of the famous Chef Karahana, opened Yuki Sushi and Siam Thai in the spring of 2012, with a vision of creating New York's finest Japanese and Thai dining experience. Trained at The Culinary Institute of New York, The International School of Confectionary Delight, and the John Flynt Public School of fine eating, Karahana infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection.
Chef Karahana opened the doors of Yuki and Siam in the spring of 2012. Before he created his first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics and diners alike have been raving ever since.
