Brooklyn, NY 11204

Executive Chef Eichiro Karahana, the grandson of the famous Chef Karahana, opened Yuki Sushi and Siam Thai in the spring of 2012, with a vision of creating New York's finest Japanese and Thai dining experience. Trained at The Culinary Institute of New York, The International School of Confectionary Delight, and the John Flynt Public School of fine eating, Karahana infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection.

Chef Karahana opened the doors of Yuki and Siam in the spring of 2012. Before he created his first dish, he vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics and diners alike have been raving ever since. Yuki and Siam is committed to serving only the finest foods, made with the freshest ingredients. All of our dishes are made from scratch. "Most of the dishes here are great and prepared wonderfully. It's BYOB, the tea is no charge, the soda is not a ripoff like many places. The chef knows what he is doing and is a pro. Don't let the small place and plain(but comfortable) atmosphere fool you. I had the chili eggplant, red snapper and yellow curry chicken which were all super. Next time I would skip the tempura ice cream and beef satay. I did not try the sushi but I highly recommend this place for many great and healthily prepared items and look forward to coming back soon and I hope often."
