"It I always a pleasure to dine at Jia. I have not had a bad meal yet. The orange chicken is crispy and cut in thin strips. The filet is cooked to perfection. The steamed snapper is a whole fish head on with slivers of ginger. The list goes on and on. The service is great as well. Enjoy!"

"While the title "Dim Sum" in one section of the menu excited me - it was definitely not the Dim Sum I am used to - it was definitely a fusion restaurant. That being said - it has fantastic fusion food - well presented - reasonably priced for the setting and I would recommend. Just realize you are not getting your typical Dim Sum or other Asian entrees - this is fusion food and well done. I would go again - in addition to soup and appetiser - I had the butterfish - it was wonderful - melt in your mouth and served over sushi rolls - very beautiful presentation and delicious"

"Went for my Birthday dinner..
The service was superb, and our waiter did a great job.
The PU PU Plater was very good - but expensive for what you got.
My wife and I both had Pad Thai - she had chicken and I had beef.
Her's seemed to have more sauce (you could see the difference in color - orange VS white).
They used egg noodles instead of Pad Thai noodles (thats what they seemed like) and my beef pad thai was tasteless - egg noodles and sliced beef. After I sent it back - I got in return some mush of a plate that was hotter, mushier, spicier, and still tasteless.
If you have ever had pad that any where else - don't get it here. If you never had Pad Thai - don't get it here!

"We really enjoyed the sushi it is some of the best we have ever had. I order filet and prawns. The filet was tender and had good flavor but it was very dry and was almost well done. I had ordered medium. The prawns were over cooked to the point they were rubbery. The service was great I had a couple mixed drinks and they were also very good. I will return for the sushi again."
