"We re-visited BRPrime expecting another good meal and were disappointed. First, do not go expecting anything inexpensive. Entrees and wines are as much as 20% more expensive than comparable restaurants. The wine list was limited. As for the food, their steaks can be presented with any of eight or so sauces. If you like meat on the hoof, you will be disappointed. The crust is very salty and the spices used are only average as contributing to flavor. We both ordered the large filet rare and both were overcooked. We ordered the lobster macaroni side and it was almost flavorless. The brussel sprouts au gratin were good, but deserts were so so, sweet but not impressive. Over all it was a very disappointing meal."

"it was our 4th anniversary and I wanted to take my bride some where special. the wait staff was very pleasant and polite from the hostess to the servers asst. our waiter Ricky was on top on everything. he knew his wines and was very helpful with our menu selections. he even surprise us with a serving of bread pudding after our meal. nice touch. thank you making this a nite to remember."

"I've been to BR Prime for dinner on several occasions & have always been pleased despite the high prices. However, I booked Mother's Day Brunch expecting something nice, perhaps a special brunch menu. Upon arrival, it was simply a buffet. The variety of offerings was decent at best, but more disappointing was the quality of the food itself. The hot items were average & unimpressive for the per person price charged, the king crab legs were frozen w/ mushy meat. The food was in no way bad, but for the price charged, I was paying only for the restaurant name. I believe I would have gotten the same quality of food at the casino buffet for almost half the cost. The only nice point is that the servers at BR Prime are always attentive and notable."

"I was there for business and took out customers. Ricky was our server and Neil was his asst. There were very personable and knowlegeable. They did a great job. Always available and we wanted for nothing. Food was wonderful. Perefectly cooked. My customers loved the expeience and we came back the next night with other customers. Great job. Thank you! "We are a platinum card holder, made advance reservations requesting Jeff for our waiter. We were assigned a long table in the bar area with extremely loud music. We ask that our table be changed into the restaurant, but were told Jeff was assigned to the Bar area and if we wanted him we had to eat in that area!We took a table there to get Jeff, but NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!! We hate the "GET TO KNOW YOUR NEIGHBOR" tables crowded along the walls in the restaurant but do like the individual tables. We enjoy Jeff and his team, the food is good. The bar tender shook my last Ketel One martini very hard and it was cloudy,doesn't a good bartender know "stir a martini or manhattan"?We look forward our BR Prime evenings when we come to The Beau."

"We arrived for Valentines Dinner and the service was outstanding and up until the main entree the food was great. The main entree was the worst part about the experience. For a prime steakhouse costing as much as this one......I've had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse. If the steak had not been as bad as it was I would have rated this location/restaurant as being outstanding due to the excellent service from our server."

"While the service was excellent, and the menu exactly what was expected for a high-end steakhouse, we felt there were a few problems. The bruschetta was overpriced, and the food in general over-salted. The dry-aged beef was excellent, and the tartare selection was an excellent appetizer. Our major problem was that the noise level prevented us from talking, even in a secluded corner table."
