"The food and service is fantastic. Truly the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. Seafood is so fresh and the steak, the most tender, tasty beef. The only negative I can say is it is pricey, but definitely worth it, even if it's only for a special occasion. I am telling everyone I know how wonderful the experience was. the food is incredible!"

"Simply fantastic service from the moment that Corrina welcomes you at the Maitre'd desk right through appetizers and dinner with Ray Lo and Howard seeing to your every need. The Boston Bibb salad was fresh and flavorful and the Dover sole was indescribably delicious as it melted in my mouth. Every time that I dine at Prime is a special experience. The Bellagio fountains dance playfully just outside the floor to ceiling windows as if to say "enjoy every moment of this evening". I have been to many, many steakhouses and fine restaurants in Las Vegas but, for my money, this is simply the best!"

"We went to Prime before going to see O on Friday night. We had 5:00 reservations and were promptly seated on the patio. Our waiters (especially Julio) were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The food was served quickly - but not rushed. We had a wonderful Pinot Noir, the beef carpaccio and steak tartare appetizer, filet mignons (note, they are each ten ounces, so I suggest splitting one so you can try more sides and not waste any of the amazing food), and the black truffle mashed potatoes (by far the BEST food I have ever eaten), with their key lime pie for dessert. The fountain show really adds to the ambience of the restaurant. I highly recommend Prime for a "fancy" dinner in Las Vegas, you won't be disappointed!!"

"Had the Angus Wagyu ribeye for two. Very pricey but fantastic steak and presentation. The steak has this unique character of cutting like it's going to be tough but then it melts in your mouth. The service was excellent overall and the sommelier recommended an excellent, reasonably priced Bordeaux to go with the meal. Wish I were there again right now!"

"My wife and I enjoyed a very good meal at Prime. We arrive 45 minutes late because the Elton John concert ran over and the receptionist could not have been any nicer and more accommodating. We were shown to a lovely table and enjoyed a very good late evening. The food at Prime is very good. We opted for tuna (very rare) and the Arctic Char. Both were very good and the service was perfect as was the presentation. We are from New York City and our standards are very high, Prime delivered to those high standards and I would highly recommend this restaurant without any reservations."

"OMG-Sat outside for the first time...Been at the restaurant many times, see my earlier review...If I were to rate this dinner from 1-10, I would give it a 12!!!!Monster shrimp cocktail, great drinks and the PERFECT scene, can you really compare to the fountain show outside, right in front of you!!!!!It was a special occasion for my mom and the staff made it GREAT...We changed it up a bit, by ordering duck and dover sole, even though it is a wonderful steak house...AMAZING!!!!It was a WOW from start to finish....You just can't beat this place, truly the best on the STRIP!!!"

"My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary, and this was a wonderful place to spend it. We both started with the French Onion soup that was the best I've had, and we each opted for the dry-aged Ribeye, and it was a delicious cut of beef that was cooked properly and a very generous portion - so large, we could not eat all the mashed potatoes that came with it. We had a lovely table overlooking the Bellagio fountains, and the staff made our evening special with a champagne welcome and finishing with a dessert of molten chocolate cake with fantastic homemade vanilla ice cream. Nice place for a special occasion, as service was well paced and attentive."

"Dinner was good, but not quite as good as we expected. The steaks were not the mouth watering taste that I thought they should have been for the price that was asked. Service was great and the view of the Bellagio fountains would be great IF you are lucky enough to get a table by the windows. We had an early reservation (6 p.m.) and asked for a window table, but were told they were reserved for others. By the time we left, many of the window tables were still not occupied."

"Beautiful restaurant, elegant, quiet. Expert staff. Food very unfavorable. Out of all in my Easter Sunday party, no one was pleased. No exageration. I will give credit to the Manager who was professional and very helpful. We ordered two steaks which were VERY disappointing and were sent back. We decided not to reorder a new dinner. "The waiter was too pushy in the fact we were not drinking or spending more. I believe this was shared to the kitchen who brought out the worst porterhouse I have ever ate. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance could not have been better. It's ashamed that their food could not keep up."

"Very pleasant restaurant. Food and service were quite good - prices were LasVegas standard - very high. Beautiful dining room, comfortable chairs, nice amount of space between tables. My only complaint is that there is apparently no dress code whatever. there were a few diners in T-shirts - totally inappropriate for a restaurant of this price level and quality. This was carrying Vegas informality to a ridiculous extreme. Main courses and side dishes were exceptional - the soup was only a little better than OK. Watch how many side dishes you order, three of us ordered two, potatoes and broccoli - both outstanding, and were unable to eat everything."

"Despite being told that patio and window view tables could not be held, a table which we requested was held for diners for 45 minutes while we sat at another table nearby. Apparently, "first come, first served" does not apply to all customers. We were told that the party had checked in and was waiting on all its parties. At all the fine dining establishments we have visited, FCFS means all parties must be present. These same establishments also have "reserved" table tents for special events. Clearly, these diners were more "special" than our dining party. This was a horrible way to begin our dinner. The only reason we did not leave was because of the difficulty of finding a fine dining opening at that time."

"Prime was the most Romantic Place that I have ever been to. Me and my fiancé just had our anniversary at this place. When we entered, we were just astonished by its great ambiance/atmosphere - just so luxurious and elegant. The portions were very good, most importantly; foods were delicious; just absolutely amazing. If you want to take your special person for the special dinner, this would be unbeatably the place. View was just amazing if you sit by the window, you can actually enjoy the view of Paris + fountain shows while dining as well. They also gave us the complimentary desert for our special occasion; so nice of them. We would definitely come back to this place next year as well. Loved it."
