"This restaurant was horrible. The food was NOT good at all. It seemed about comparable to a bottle of Alfredo sauce from Kraft. We also ate and Jullian Serrano which was amazing compared to this restaurant. The only thing on the menu that was decent was the Veal Carpaccio. There were 16 of us so I was able to try a few different dishes. Unfortunately there was not one that was good. I was warned by another guest of the hotel that it was not good. I should have changed the reservation. Not to mention the horrible service. I sat without a fork for 10 minutes.
I just cannot believe that a restaurant in the beautiful Aria hotel could be so below average. Get it together Sirio. We will not be returning."

"While the food was excellent, the service left much to be desired. Different servers and waiters appeared, almost at random, with no consistency. While I ordered an appetizer, first course and second course, my wife ordered only a main course. Instead of serving them in this manner, they brought my appetizer and first course at the same time, and giving the appetizer to my wife. The waiter who took the order would not respond to my signal, but the waitress from the adjacent section came over to see if I needed assistance. I explained the situation, and she returned the first course dish to the kitchen, getting the service back in order."

"Had dinner with a colleague during a trade show. I chose this restaurant because she is a vegetarian and they had a variety of choices for her. Of course, I am the furthest thing from a vegetarian. On the recommendation of our waiter, I ordered the fusilli with lamb meatballs, which seemed pricey at $32 but far less than many things of the menu. The homemade pasta was some of the finest pasta I have ever eaten, and the portion was very generous. The meatballs, however, were just OK. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive."

"Service was excellent, ambiance is nice, food ... not so much. I appreciated the wait staff's flexibility and accommodation when they brought me a second entree after the first one was not to my liking. Alas, the second entree wasn't fabulous, either. And, at $80 per person, that's an expensive outing for food that doesn't wow. If you are staying at the Aria, I'd recommend Julian Serrano's tapas restaurant. I went there for lunch and it was FANTASTIC. If I stay at the Aria again, that is where I am going for dinner."

"I expected the food at Sirio at the Aria (supposedly the same restaurant family as Le Cirque at Bellagio and NYC) to be high quality, and certainly more rustic. The menu choices were very good, and the wine list was impressive. What we did not expect was that the food was incredibly salty - every course, from appetizers to pasta to entrees, was over-salted. The pork 3-ways was so over-salted they took it off the bill. I don't know what went wrong that night, but beware if food starts to arrive salty - and warn the staff you'd like your food less salted or unsalted. I was sorry for the experience (I've been a regular at Le Cirque at The Bellagio for many years) and will return to Le Cirque, but not Sirio."

"What an amazing meal! We were looking for Italian food and found Sirio. It had great reviews and was convenient to our hotel, Vdara. We were seated within minutes of arriving, and greeted by Brian, our waiter, iPad in hand. The drink and dessert menus were on the iPad. We scrolled through photos of cocktails and ordered the Vincenzo and a glass of chianti and wondered, (but never asked,) how my grandmother, who has never touched an ipad, would order a drink. We started with delicious crab cakes served with lemon aioli. We had the good luck of going during black truffle season, and I had pasta with shaved truffles --divine. My boyfriend ordered the lobster ravioli served in a creamy tomato sauce with tarragon- delicious!"

"It is a wonderful place for a special occation. It is a tad pricey but you get what you pay for. The food was amazing. We did the menu tasting with a wine pairing. All of the staff was amazingly attentive from the gentleman who filled the water to the waiter, the wine ladies and the even the food runners. The service was just as outstanding at the food. "Experience at Sirio was excellent. The servers were very pleasant and helpful and the food was outstanding. The anti-pasta choices were very good and the seafood pasta that I chose was perfectly done with all the types of seadfood that I enjoy."

"We went for Valentine's day. Very ramantic, food was awsome. I love when the server thoroughly describes each course. Service was excellent. A little pricey, but worth every penny!!"

"Had to be in Vegas on business and had a group of 8. It was quite enough that we could carry on a conversation without having to yell, which is rare for Vegas. Food was excellent and David our server was wonderful."

"Sirio is in the Aria hotel complex in Vegas. We had the pleasure of dinning there twice, once with a large group for business and then just my wife and I. They are located on the second level away from the lobby and casino noise. The lighting and decor are very elegantwith a full view of the service prep area where everything is extremely clean and finely detailed. The service excellent and food well prepared. Our server knew the menu well along with how the dishes were prepare. We didint feel rushed through the meal and enjoyed a very nice evening. Did not appear too kid friendly which was fine for us so if you have small children I would dine elsewhere as the atmosphere and the menu looked to be setup for neither."
