"The experience here was incredible.
We started with the seafood ceviche and and black rice. The seafood ceviche was simple yet excellent, and the black rice took a moment but it grew on you. Of the two, the ceviche was definitely the better choice.
Next we went the roasted red peppers and the pan manchego. Both dishes were excellent - the red peppers were a pleasant surprise and the manchego was akin to a bruschetta - very good.
The last two choices by far stole the night though. The beef and cheese was excellent, but the best dish by far of the night was the Iberico black pig ribs. I rarely ever order pork when I eat out, but there was something about the description of this dish that made me have to try it. Amazing."

"The place is nice but very noisy. However, this is a problem e hotel has in general. I am vegan and would not recomend the restaurant to vegans as you will end up paying $40 for rice and veggies... Nothing memorable but good for survival. Regular non vegan people where happy with their Paellas though. Other vegan options were insanely overpriced for a little bit of roasted bell peppers, etc."

"This is a very quality restaurant if you like good tapas. The dates wrapped in pancetta were excellent as was the lobster safron. My favorite dish was the huevos estrallodos. It was two fried eggs over french fries and chorizo sausage. I do not know what kind of eggs they were, but they were fantastic. I decided to wait the 40 minutes for the paella, which was brought to the table in the allotted time, but was disappointingly unflavored and flat. This restaurant gets noisy quickly. I red and black decor is high end and quite nice."

"I loved the food. Highlights have to include the tuna tartar, the spicy meatballs, and the charcuterie plate. It's a very loud restaurant, hat attracts big groups, which in turn, increase the noise level. The wife and I went and had to request a different table due to the large group next to us. Our second table was much better. I would definitely take a large, boisterous group here in a second. But would have some hesitations about date night with the wife. That being said, as good as the food was, the sort of haphazard way your order comes out of the kitchen can be disconcerting."

"Dined at Julian Serrano on Sat June 1. We were promptly seated, very friendly greeting staff. Having a reservation was a must - customers without reservations were being turned away. We had excellent service from Donovan. The food was fabulous. We had six dishes between two - just the right amount to food. Although everything was excellent, the risotto, mixed seafood ceviche and lobster salad were standouts. This restaurant will be one of our regular stops every time we go to Vegas."

"The service the night we dined led something to be desired. In total we had 3 servers come by our table which was confusing as to who was actually in charge of our table. After waiting 15-20min to place our order of 3 tapas and sangria, we received our food after 15min but no sangria until the end of our meal. We told the waiter we wanted the sangria taken off our bill since it was ridiculous to be served our drinks after we were done, especially since we could see it was premade on the bar. The manager was nice enough to come over, discuss our lack of service and took half off our bill including the sangria. I would give it a second chance because the food was excellent, the manager acknowledged the lacking service."

"Best tapas I've had. They have the classics as well as inventive ones. Everything we tried was good to great and our number one dish was the heirloom tomato salad which had a "mozzarella ice cream" that was not only surprising but also very tasty. The beef and cheese plate was also outstanding as were the churros. Overall we had five dishes including dessert, as well as two drinks for about 100 dollars including tip. This is a great value in Las Vegas."

"I make it to this spot at least once every trip I make to Vegas, since the doors have been opened. the food is always beyond fantastic, I have so many favorites and inevitably when I try something new... that item gets added to the favorites list, this trip was the stuffed dates and we had to order a second round:) Sit at the bar and ask for Primo!"

"I booked a reservation weeks in advance for 6 ppl. When we arrived we were told to wait in the hotel lobby and they would come find us. I thought this was an odd response seeing the lack of urgency from the hostess and crowds of people waiting. Come to find out, they had no tables opening up anytime soon. We luckily found space at the bar while we waited OVER AN HOUR for our table. We were one of many groups in the same boat. I can understand a 15-30 minute wait, but this isn't acceptable. We complained to the manager and he comped a round of drinks + three plates - but this consideration was only after a heated discussion. I will admit that I will return but ONLY because of I dream about the mouth watering ceviche and tuna cones often."

"This was my second visit to Julian Serrano. The food was excellent both times. We ordered many different dishes to pass/share and had a great time tasting it all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too. The only "down-side" that I found was that the service was too fast. They brought all of the food very quickly and we all commented that we felt rushed. We were looking for a fun night out with the group - it turned out we were in an out of there in about 90 minutes. When I go to a good restaurant for a special dinner (this definitely fits that description!), I also want to slow down and enjoy it. I'd suggest if you're looking for a leisurely dinner, be sure to tell the wait staff you want that and hopefully they'll slow it down!"

"Very large tapas menu. There are enough choices to please picky eaters. Our server was great: very attentive and intuitive. The food portions are SMALL. While everything was good enough, nothing stood out as exceptional. I recommend Julian Serrano if you need a quick bite and are in the Aria area. The restaurant is large and mostly open to the casino lobby/floor, so expect it to be loud and non-private. It's not a destination restaurant in itself, but does fine if you happen to be there."

"This was a fantastic restaurant - we were a group of 8 with diverse tastes and the menu was so large with too much to choose from so we left it in the hands of our amazing waiter. He outdid himself in his selections and there was something for everyone. I would recommend this restaurant for a date, a group of friends and for a celebration. Food and service were top notch and the lcoation was great as you felt like you were a part of everything."

"This trip we visited a few award winning restaurants in Las Vegas and each seemed to best the next, and then our dining experience was taken to a whole new level at Julian Serrano. A friend had recommended your restaurant and I HAD to text him immediately after dinner in Canada to thank him - everything was so absolutely perfect. Our server Antonin was professional and friendly; he definitely left a lasting impression on us and truthfully all of the staff shone. The food absolutely wowed us - the flavour, the presentation, it had it all. When we return to Las Vegas we will definitely be back for this experience and have already recommended it to friends!"

"Recently dined here with my husband for his birthday while in Vegas. Made reservations but when we got there they were backed up so it was going to take another 30 minutes to get our table. Luckily there was space at the bar so we saddled up for what ended up being a wonderful dining experience. The food was so amazing and luckily we got to see lots of the items coming out of the kitchen. We got to take our time and order 2-3 plates at a time and it was all so good. Also had fun chatting with John John who was working behind the bar. Would definitely go back, many items on the menu I still want to try!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Julian Serrano. The food was delicious and it was fun being able to try different dishes. The service was excellent. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and happy to serve us. We shared 4 small plates, steak tartare, huevos estrallasdos, spanish iberico sliders and albondigas. The sliders were our least favorite and it was impossible to choose one of the other 3 as our favorite. They are each fabulous! Julian Serrano is now our favorite restaurant in Vegas. We look forward to our next visit."

"If you love Spanish food this restaurant is on the top list. It has a lot of variety. The dishes are nicely presented and the food is delicious you are able to appreciate all the condiments which are subtle but perfectly put together.The size of the servings (being tapas) makes it perfect to have a taste of many dishes instead of only one.If you like wines this restaurant has a wide variety. I highly recommend it !!"

"Food and service by bartender, David, were great. Unfortunately, the reservation time was not honored and they weren't able to seat us until a little over an hour past the open-table scheduled time. "Waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the chicken croquettes, the wild mushroom risotto, and the grilled scallops. Everything we tried was excellent. We had the white sangria, and though a little sweet, the addition of an apple slice gave it a very refreshing note. Wish this place was in our hometown, we would be regulars. I would recommend Serrano without reservation."

"Not to take anything away from the food -which was good, but the service is lacking. While attentive, our waiter clearly had a specific amount in mind for our bill and did his very best in hitting it -including adding items to the bill that we did not order.
Some shrug this off saying "It's Vegas", but deceptive practices have no place, regardless of the city.
Ambiance is nice but as it's on the side of the casino floor, be prepared for some cigarette smoke. Noise level is beyond 'energetic' so I wouldn't recommend this for a romantic dinner."

"We dined here rather than traveling off-strip for a dinner and were delighted in the menu selection. On a whim we ordered the house sangria in red and white and found it to be very flavorful. Only downside is the lobby location of the venue, otherwise Julian Serrano would be a five star."

"My husband and I came to Las Vegas for our one year wedding anniversary and wanted to book a fabulous restaurant to celebrate... Nothing too stuffy or with too much of a dress code, but still casually elegant. The menu was vast but not overwhelmingly so- we chose 4 shareable tapas to start (GET THE CHEESE LOLLIPOPS) and each was better than the next. We added a few more with same result- could NOT have been better, food-wise. Similarly with service; our server was attentive but he was not overly so, JUST right, and he was knowledgable about wine and helped make a recommendation for what might be my new favorite red! The night ended with a special "happy anniversary" warm donuts and caramel sauce (oh goodness that sauce...) LOVED this place!"

"The food was just delicious. I always enjoy tasting lots of dishes. Everything we ordered was great. Expect to pay for it though. Such a great find. We had lots of choices for restaurants and actually changed dinner reservations 3 times, but so happy we ended up eating here :) We would definitely eat here again!"

"Took a picky group (some foodies, some wine snobs) to the restaurant - all positive comments. The food and the wine were awesome. Service was amazing. They guided us perfectly through how to choose with a group our size. Service was seamless - perfect timing bringing all dishes out.
Returned as just a couple. Service wasn't as seamless/good, but the food and the ambiance was wonderful. We chose to return to Serrano rather than frequent our favorite steak place.
We will definitely return."

"This was our 2nd time at Julian Serrano and we can't wait for visit #3. The food here is incredible - extremely innovative options, great taste to essentially every dish, and attentive service that matched our need to catch a show. The suggestion by the waiter to select several items and get two orders of each so all 6 of us could try everything worked out great. Highlights were the bacon wrapped feta filled dates, head on garlic prawns, and tempura tuna. Ceviche was a bit "thin" and was a little short on the amount of seafood included, though the taste was excellent. The wine was overpriced, but I feel that way about every restaurant in Las Vegas. Overall, a great option for a group, especially if you don't want an extra heavy meal."

"Our group of 3 chose Julian Serrano restaurant because of the tapas type dining set up. The small plates are wonderful as you can place an initial order then add plates as you go if you need to. All the plates we ordered were delicious, extremely variable, and perfect for sharing. While we were there we saw 3 large party groups, 2 of which were bachelorette parties. I would absolutely come here again!"

"My wife and I went here for our 10 year anniversary prior to going to Zarkana. I talked to the staff earlier in day about doing something special to celebrate our anniversary. They brought us a decorated happy anniversary dessert plate. To which my wife was very surprised. The staff did an excellent job making this night special. I highly recommend the tuna cones. It is a tuna tartare in a won ton cone with avocado. They look like mini ice cream cones and taste great. The yellowtail was also excellent. Highly recommend."
