Da Rosina, well established since 1993, is the premier Italian restaurant ideally located in the heart of the Theatre District. On Restaurant Row, Da Rosina is minutes from Times Square, the Lincoln Tunnel, and all major hotels.
The room is invitingly decorated with a lovely mural and Roman columns. Tables are comfortably spaced allowing the waiters to serve you exquisite Italian fare at very moderate prices.
Da Rosina is a theatre lover’s dream. Because of the proximity to all the major theaters and our ability to prepare delicious Italian cuisine promptly before curtain time, Da Rosina is perfect for dining before attending the theater. Of course, if you prefer a more leisurely meal, please make your reservation during showtime or join us after the theater!

"Relaxed, comfortable, and good for our pre-theater dinner. Food was excellent, but service could have been better (waiters and help were very busy with a crowded full restaurant and not as attentive as they should have been -- e.g., forgot to put bread on one table, didn't offer parmesan cheese or olive oil until asked). Too noisy for a quiet meal, but fine for our purpose. Probably much better if eating later in evening, not pre-theater."

"We go to Da Rosina at least once a month. The Italian food is good. The service is good if you sit inside. If you sit outside you tend to get neglected a little bit. The pre fix option is good if you want to get an appetizer and a desert. The prices are very reasonable and there is something for everyone."

"Went to Da Rosina with my daughter and 8 year old granddaughter before Cinderella. We had a wonderful meal. It was made more special by a great wait staff who were most accommodating to my granddaughter in customizing the menu for her and making her feel just so special. Delightful food, great value, lovely atmosphere, and a true gem for before theater or any time. Will return again and again."

"Was not pleased with the overall lunch. Reviews on the internet are misleading and I thought this would be a great place to take my customers. The service was terrible, it took forever to get our food and the two others occupied tables watched us as if we had invaded there space. Very disappointing."

"We were very disappointed with our overall experience at Da Rosina. From the moment we got there, just 5min before our reservation, we were told by the person at the door that no table was available. The maitre de checked that we indeed had a reservation and led us to our table. We ordered the food, which included entrees and the main dish, but then they brought everything at the same time. They seemed to be rushed and wanted us to finish our meal as quickly as possible. We don't have any intention to return to Da Rosina."

"We had such a bad experience.The food was so bad.The staff was so nasty.And the service was so bad.We wont go back here.They came over to our table after we had a reservation to say we had to leave it was only 45 minutes into our meal.We took somebody for dinner there.I was very embrassed.I wont rec this place.Its a meat factory."
