We have here three Montrealers by choice, one lady from Japan, one Chilian and a French man, all sharing one passion : cuisine. They bring you great cuisine experiments reflecting their image, influenced by their country of origin.
All year long, chef Sergio invites other chefs in his kitchen. Together, as a team, they share their savoir-faire and good ideas. Thereafter, you can find the fruit of their labor on the menu.
Our menu comes with a selection of the best wines on the market, chosen by the sommelier Patrick Lesort.
Come and delect yourself with dishes from the best cuisines around the world within a superb decor and warm atmosphere. We are located right in the heart of the famous Outrement area, 10 minutes from downtown.

La seule chose qui était bizzare, c'est que nous étions les seuls dans le restaurant, un samedi soir. !
