"This is the second time we have eaten at Grace....first time was last week. My son only eats organic food so when he was in town from Vancouver we chose Grace for dinner. The food is fabulous! There were 6 of us and there wasn't any food left on anyone's plate! Can't wait to return."

"I live in the neighborhood - but shamefully have only gone to Grace a handful of times. I say shamefully because everytime the experience is amazing. The menu changes periodically and the latest menu is the best yet. Sensible price point, fantastic service and the food gets top marks from me - and I consider myself a foodie."

"We thought the food in general was well done and fresh. Very unpretentious and approachable, both in atmosphere and fare. As well, the concept of boards for serving was a great way to sample the delicious food. Excellent for sharing for a couple or a small group. We were there for a romantic dinner and it worked perfectly with what were looking for. Thanks for a memorable evening!"

"I went to the restaurant based on the review in Toronto Life. This was to celebrate a birthday and as Winterlicious was on, thought it would be a great opportunity to take advantage of the special they were having. The service was okay. I got the impression our waitress had a long day. She wasn't unpleasant, just don't think she smiled once nor did she offer any suggestions for wine or menu items. Food; my winter green salad was very good. The haddock was not great verging on bland and very salty. The date squares was a little too rich, very, very sweet. My girlfriend had the Braised beef, again a little on the salty side and the chocolate creameaux which was also a bit too sweet. Over all experience wasn't great for the price."

"The best part about Grace is the warm "modern" vintage farmhouse ambiance. The Bison Carpaccio is a must have! Their in-house breads with compound butter spread are delicious, but refills are additional cost. Portion sizes are very small - my wife and I both left hungry after a 3-course meal (Winterlicious). We were not fans of the automatic 18% gratuity (even for a party of 2), especially considering the mediocre quality service: we were not pleasantly welcomed upon entry (we noticed this to be true for every group after us), not a single employee smiled, our water was not refilled (should be a given), and we felt rushed from beginning to end. In short, delicious homestyle food in a beautiful setting, but marred by unappreciative service."

"I very much enjoyed my meal at Grace restaurant during Winterlicious 2013.I had never been to this restaurant before but will for sure be returning because the meal was truly delicious, perfectly smooth and really well executed. This was my first time trying sunchoke soup and it was love at first taste. But all the food was fantastic! The portions were a perfect size but because the food was so yummy, I could have eaten a lot more. Our server was very attentive and kind. This is a great neighbourhood restaurant that makes great tasting, quality food and I am very appreciated for the lovely meal that they made for us on that visit."

"While Dinner was delicious and the overall atmosphere was great, our night was ended a bit abruptly when one of the wait staff (not our own server) came over to our table to ask us to leave the restaurant as the reservation after us was waiting.Now I don't have a problem with an outlined time for dinner, however if you are not told at the time of reservation OR when the restaurant calls you to confirm OR when you actually get seated at the restaurant. That I have a problem with. Additionally, an automatic 18% gratuity for 4 people is a bit much and should also be stated at the time of reservation. Winterlicious is a time for guests to get out & enjoy new restaurants - not to be felt like your being taken advantage of."
