"Overall I liked the restaurant. The hummus and Tzatziki appetizer was delicious. The grilled lamb filet was OK but not great. Not a good cut of meat. The Combination plate of Pastitsio, Gyros and Amam Bayildi was very good and plenty of food. This is not a gourmet restaurant but then I didn't expect one either. As I said, a nice restaurant."

"While visiting Monterey last week, my husband and I had dinner at Epsilon's. We enjoy Greek food and Epsilon's did not disappoint. Although not dark and romantic, the ambiance was pleasant with Greek music quietly playing in the background and a quirky wall mural of the Olympian gods and goddesses. My husband enjoyed the dolmades very much, but I found the skinless, boneless chicken dish was a bit dry. If you order an entree, bring a big appetite--the portions are way too large (fine for locals who can take home leftovers, but a bit much for us visitors). We hate to waste food but here was no way we could finish either entrée. Our server, Chris, was most attentive and answered my questions professionally. The baklava was a nice ending."

"My boyfriend and I went here for dinner on Valentine's Day night. The food was great, ambiance great, but what stuck out most was the outstanding service! Our waiter and Busser both did an excellent job being professional and refreshingly personable. Encouraging us to explore the menu and have fun pronouncing our dinner choices, and throughout the night shared a few laughs with us. Even a small mistake that did not disturb our dining experience at all, which we urged to be forgotten with no worries, resulted in a free desert for my boyfriend and I! Based on my experience, each member of the staff at Epsilon was top notch, which really makes for an amazing dining experience."
