"The food here seems to be very cheap, frozen vegetables very bland food poorly prepared would not recommend if you would like a good meal.the only reason they get away with this kind of food is because the views are awesome."

"The grouper with roasted veggies was excellent. Spinach was listed, yet all 4 came with just a sprig of spinach. When we asked the waitress, she came back with 4 side dishes of spinach. Excellent service!"

"We always thoroughly enjoy dining at Waterway. Due to the weather being inclement, we had dinner inside which was fine except for one problem.
There was a condensation drip over our table which became annoying and was brought to the manager's attention who didn't think there was anything he could do."

"I have been coming to the Waterway Cafe for years but am sad to report their food seems to have gone down tremendously. Food was either bland or salted to death. Best for lunch as at dinner you will pay 5 star prices for 2 star food. Extremely disappointed."

"We had a good experience. The food was good but there were too many vegetable and the fish piece was too large. A waste of food. The plate does not have to be covered with food. A nice presentation is usually better with perhaps a choice of salad instead of all the boiled vegetables."

"I attended waterway on Valentine's day with my wife and several other couples from our church. The staff was kind and engaging, however, the ambiance was lacking. We actually chose the waterway because we thought it would live music with a romantic environment. The dining experience did not wow us like we thought it would."

"My family and I had a great Valentine's day family meal. The food was nicely presented and the environment was great. However our waitress seemed to give us little attention whith our group. "This was my third time to the restaurant. I was in for my 50th with a large group of out of town people &our service was horrible. I spoke to management at that time and they were sincerely apologetic. Now, I have more girls in for an out of town trip &the waitress forgets the appetizer, took 20 minutes to return with our second round of drinks. I was very embarrassed to have even taken them here. As I watch the waitress station the were mingling over the computer area &really seeme to be having a great time. I saw no hustling to get meals out & honestly I think she was annoyed with questions about the entrees. So, three strikes & they are out! Only good thing is the generic menu (twilight special), but you do get smaller portions."
