"Very plain atmosphere. Poor wine list; there was not even a Pinot Noir on the list, so they told us. When we asked, the server immediately said they have a great substitute. He immediately left and came back with a bottle and opened it. It was just an "ok" taste. Later, when the bill came, we saw the cost of this "substitute" was $70!. If a server is going to offer a substitute, they must have the courtesy to state the price. It was just a chianti. We noticed when the table next to us sat down, the server did the same thing with them. One of the two guests does not drink alcohol and the server was pushing the issue anyway.
The food was good, but there are better Italian restaurants.
Recommendation: skip over this restaurant."

"Nanni"a is a great find This is my second visit. When you walk in you are greeted by a team if people who are ready to serve you. You head down stairs into the main dinning room which has a great ambiance. The place is a bit noisy but you forget that soon after you settled. The servers are all dressed the same way and are very accommodating, they know the menu,your treated with respect, and lots if attention. The owner/ chef makes an appearance and may greet you at some point during your dinning experience. All the food is excellent. We had a party if six with with appetizers and a bottle if wine and the bill was around 400 before tip and well worth the cost."

"The reception from the hostess was a little haphazard. She was one of a number of people milling around & had bar responsibilities too, so it was not immediately obvious who was assisting us.
The wait staff were attentive & pleasant. I described the type of food I was interested in (spicy) & felt that the waiter pushed one of the lamb specials when it didn't fit the bill.On the positive side a very good selection for my vegetarion wife.
I will probably return but will make my own selection having now seen the food."

"Showed up at 9:30 on Friday night 2/15, exactly on time for our reservation. We were unceremoniously shooed away through a locked door and told they would not honor the reservation. Thankfully I wasn't entertaining a business client... I've never experienced such rude service. Can only assume the food is as poor as the service."

"We made our OT reservation only about 2 hours before on a very cold and snowy evening. When we arrived they were ready for us because they wanted to send the staff home early due to the inclement weather, but knew they had one more reservation to honor. I thought that was great considering they could have easily called us and cancelled. That being said, even though we were a bit rushed all went well. The service was superb. Staff is friendly. And the food was terrific. Definitely will go again. Highly recommend."
