B. TILLMAN offers seasonal farm to table cuisine sourcing local and organic produce and meats from area farmers. Our chef prepares the bread in house, as well as many ingredients seen on our menu.
"Burnt chicken breast and brussel sprouts. Replated with steamed brussel sprouts instead of roasted; however, the same piece of chicken was reheated and served. They took the meal off the bill and explained they'd have a new chef soon. Too many restaurants in Savannah to take another chance. This was my first time at this restaurant, I'm a "local", foodie and pretty good cook."

"It was delightful finding such a hip restaurant in Savannah. Most of the restaurants just dredge up their version of "southern". It was refreshing to see things on the menu that were not fried. The chacuterie plate was really nice and their signature cookie jar dessert with milk was delicious. I will definitely take all my friends there."
