"We were looking for what other reviews had talked about but the only choice we had was the breakfast menu at 12:45 on Sunday. I typically like traditional breakfasts, so this was a bit of a stretch for me. Ivan was wonderful. Will try a dinner."

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day Brunch at Fridas. I made reservations on Open Table about 4 days in advance. We were seated promptly when we arrived. The service was excellent and the food was unique and delicous! It was comfortable and not too noisy so we were able to talk. This resturant is a true gem!"

"We love this place, even. After they have moved we still frequent them! The whole staff welcome you as if you are family, and Ivan, well where do I begin? This is a man that is extremely passionate about everything Frida's! He always goes the extra mile and makes us feel wonderful! It's hard to resist the specials once he describes them, and boy are they worth it!!"

"Not typical mexican food. The poblano peppers were stuffed with pork, rice and cranberries and topped with a cream sauce... Delicious!! Served with a green rice, also delicious. We also had charcoal broiled tacos with mildly spiced chicken, sautéed onions, guacomole and cilantro. Nothing was greasy and spice levels of the dishes we selected were mild but flavorful. There are spicier dishes on the menu. We were dining late on a mid-week night, so the restaurant was pretty empty and thus quiet. Our first visit so we don't know the normal ambience."

"I LOVE their food and I just wish the ambiance was better or I know i would go more. They have a good happy hour, but the bar feels like a sports bar in a way and it was dead. The ambiance just doesn't do it for me, but the food is OH SO GOOD! Our server was snacking on some friends food and considering there was only one other table she wans't that attentive...but again the FOOD!"

"My best friends and I went to Frida's Saturday night for our Girls Night Out and we had an outstanding time! The owner, his wife and the Head Chef stopped by our table to offer suggestions and insights to complete our dining experience. The food was perfect; cooked to perfection and full of flavor.
